El personal es muy amable, lamentablemente a pesar de verse "nuevo", el hotel deja que desear. La habitación olía un poco a humedad, y probablemente la causa sea porque cuando llueve, se mete el agua al hotel.

El desayuno incluido es básico, tipo continental, pero con buen sabor.

Al llegar nos atendieron muy bien muy amables , la comunicación con la recepción buena solo los días siguientes en varias ocasiones salí y entré algo cargada de cosas y nadie me ayudó al abrir la puerta estaba un guardia de seguridad según si playera todo el tiempo en su teléfono al igual que la recepcionista y parecía que no veían quien entraba y salía eso no me gustó solo el último día ese mismo señor al ver que yo tome el carro para maletas para mi habitación me dijo que si quería que me ayudara a lo que le dije que no se preocupara yo lo podía hacer esperando que al menos me briera la puerta para salir y no lo hizo siguió en el teléfono, la actitud de ese señor me pareció de muy mal gusto solo por eso no volvería , la camarera y los demás muy bien solo que si les falta más amabilidad y más accesibilidad con el huésped si les falta. Yo les daría un 7 esa fue mi experiencia.

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del lugar que visitaría, aun lado prácticamente se encuentra una plaza comercial, ocupaba cosas de farmacia porque me sentí algo mal y a dos negocios hay una y se localiza a unos 10 minutos del puente internacional Hidalgo

Pros:

El hotel muy limpio y el desayuno compelto. La habitacion es perfecta para viajes de negocios, y solo como está vez viajé con familia se me hizo un poco apretado el cuarto. Aun asi lo prefiero por la garantía de que se que está limpio.
