The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was perfectly cleaned by the housekeeping.
My entire experience in Four Points Sheraton was extremely displeasing from the very start. Since my arrival was at 10 am at the hotel I booked including 1 night prior with breakfast included. We arrived at 10.10 am and Upon reaching I clearly informed the front office staff that we would like to first have breakfast since this was paid for and since there was still time till the breakfast buffet was closed. She made us wait right there for 15 minutes to inform us that it won't be possible for us to have breakfast anymore since the buffet closes at 10.30 am. We let this pass without much fuss.. But what happened next was even more frustrating!!
While I have paid for the entire stay through booking.com, the front office staff demanded me to pay for the full reservation as her system shows that it is not paid. We had an overnight flight, arrived in the morning, was extremely tired and we had to face all this. I showed her the receipt and she kept on demanding the payment saying her records doesn't show and this was our problem. At this point I also got frustrated and informed that this is there problem. I showed them the receipt from booking and then they wanted to charge a 2000 USD worth deposit from my card which will only be released to be after one month from charging the deposit as a security. I kept on denying and told them that I will write to booking.com and marriot complaining about this. Finally they agreed to check on it and let us check in.
What followed this was even worse! We went to our rooms and we clearly knew that the room categories we booked were not given to us and it was all jumbled. One of the room had DND on and we couldn't open the door. The second room when we went in, another staff came and asked whether we were ready for check out. We had to go down all the way to the reception again to get us assigned to the right rooms.
The room was really good, clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is also very convenient and nearer to a lot of food, bars as well as Petaling Street is just around the corner.

There was a good spread at breakfast. I didn't find any lemons which I wanted to go with my tea, Scrambled eggs could have more taste, lacks oomph. Salads presented was creative but I wasn't sure if the vegetables were clean. Room was comfortable with good views of KL.
Request for nearby rooms not met.
