There was a good spread at breakfast. I didn't find any lemons which I wanted to go with my tea, Scrambled eggs could have more taste, lacks oomph. Salads presented was creative but I wasn't sure if the vegetables were clean. Room was comfortable with good views of KL.

We opted out of breakfast because there are abundant local goodies around. The location of the hotel is excellent for food n public transports.
The hotel provided our needs for the few nights stay. However a few more clothes hangers in the room would be nice.
Great location right in the heart of China Town. Nice breakfast (daily) and fantastic room service by a young man by the name of Khokon. Well done an thank you Khokon for a). continuing to perform consistently high standard of work and b). just being a nice person.
The only item was that I emailed reception a question prior to my arrival on clarification for an airport pickup and did not receive a response! I was lucky to secure a driver at the airport but that was pure chance.
