Our room was a cool oasis in the middle of KL's bustling, muggy Chinatown.
Pros:

We arrived after a very long over night flight with little sleep. The receptionist LUGMAN helped us to check in quickly and made us feel VERY welcome, also patiently answering all questions that we had.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. SALIM MAJID and VICKY (Team Leader?) made sure, to fulfill all our culinary wishes. Great service!
We would like to mention the outstanding customer service of KHOKON, our room attendant.

Cons:

While we were happy to see that you give your guests the opportunity to separate the rubbish in their hotel room, we were surprised/disappointed to notice, that recyclables ended up in the same large plastic bag as the rubbish for landfill when we walked past the room attendant's trolley outside our room. We like to see sustainability practised, not "green washing".

The breakfast is good and the staff is so friendly dan good service also. congratulations!

Cons:

In my opinion, the registration counter is not conveniently located as it is on the 7th floor. Customers have to carry their luggage upstairs to register and then go back downstairs afterward, which can be quite inconvenient. This is my personal observation based on the difficulty I experienced during the process.

Pros:

The location was outstanding. If you are a traveler, this is one of the best hotels you can find to explore KL. Excellent amenities. Great view from the pool. And I must highlight the outstanding works of housekeeping team whose makeup the room really fast! Kudos to them!

Cons:

I expect the breakfast buffet could feature more dish from international breakfast buffet standard apart from heavily Malaysian dishes, but that's not a big deal.

Tolles Hotel in Chinatown mit super Service
Pros:

Das Hotel ist an guter Lage direkt am Eingang zu Chinatown und nahe dem Öffentlichen Verkehr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool eignet sich toll für eine kurze Erfrischung mit Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gut gefallen, da alles dabei war. Von interkontinentalem bis lokalem Essen gibt es alles. Auch der günstige Parkplatz im Parkhaus für 5RM fanden wir praktisch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen..

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass man durch die Lage fast direkt an der Autobahn den Verkehr hört. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

We only stayed one night for a stopover, but having been to KL before the location is perfect if the central markets, chinatown, and more historic side of the city are what you're looking for. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very accommodating.

Perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske Chinatown, kort vei til transport og mange gode restauranter rett utenfor døren. Takterrassen var en magisk opplevelse på kveldstid, ta en drink og nyt utsikten.

Cons:

Rommene litt utdaterte, særlig badet. Frokosten hadde et godt utvalg, men mye var litt sånn halvveis på smak. Brødet var supertørt. Bassengområdet var lite og litt kronglete designet.
