Pros:

Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den Merdeka 118 – ein echtes Highlight! Der Pool war perfekt zum Abkühlen und Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: direkt in Chinatown und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und würden jederzeit sofort wiederkommen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend um sehr einfach und schnell die ganze Stadt oder die Randgebiete zu erkunden. Die An-/Abreise ist durch die tolle Verkehrsanbindung sehr schnell und einfach.
Da es direkt an Chinatown liegt hat man alles was man braucht und tolle Streetart direkt vor der Tür. So auch sehr gute Restaurants und Bars. Wir empfehlen hier vor allem das Restaurant Lo & Behold KL sowie das K Fry Suria.
Alle großen Transportmittel lagen in wenigen Minuten fußläufig vom Hotel entfernt.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und boten gute Ablagemöglichkeiten, auch wenn ein paar Fächer mehr im Kleiderschrank toll gewesen wären.
Wir bekamen ein Zimmer genau nach vorgegeben Wunsch zugeteilt, wodurch wir einen tollen Ausblick auf das Merdeka 118 und konnten die komplette Stadtskyline mit allen berühmten Türmen direkt ohne Probleme sehen. Das war Atemberaubend. Es war sehr sauber bis auf eine Kleinigkeit (siehe unten). Die Zimmer waren sehr leise und wir bekamen jeden Tag sehr viel kostenloses Trinkwasser.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war international und asiatisch und war sehr lecker. Vor allem das Roti Canai. Der Koch hat sich viel Mühe gegeben.
Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück würden wir während des Essens gefragt ob wir für das Restaurant eine Google Bewertung abgeben können. Und erst auf die Aussage dass man dies jetzt auf keinen Fall tun wird, hätte man erst wieder Ruhe.
Schade, da das restliche Personal Erlebnis und Frühstücks Qualität sonst sehr gut waren.

Am Eingang der Garagenwärter (?) könnte freundlicher sein und sollte nicht mit gammler Klamotten herumlungern. Ein ordentlicher Wartebereich für ihn würde hier vermutlich viel Abhilfe schaffen.

In der Dusche könnten die Fugen mal wieder stärker gereinigt/repariert werden.

便利性の良いホテル
Pros:

朝ごはんが美味しかった。ベットの寝心地もよく防音のためか外の音がうるさくなかった。今回はチャイナタウンにしたがホテルのまわりは工事があったり少しごちゃごちゃしていたが何かと便利だった

エアコンの音が結構うるさく、とめたらすぐ暑くなり、慣れるまで結構時間がかかった

初めてのクアラルンプール滞在に最適でした✨
Pros:

お部屋からは古いクアラルンプール駅やモスクなど歴史的建物が見えて、目の前はチャイナタウン、ちょっと歩いたり電車に乗ったりと散策するにはちょうど良かったです。3月は夕方から毎日雨が降ってましたが、チャイナタウンは通路があるので雨宿りしながら移動できて便利でした。
