Its location to Chinatown, the Hotel itself is beautiful and serviced well. Whilst we were there my sister had a birthday and Ms KIRA made the day unforgettable, with beautiful decorations in our room.

The location is very conveniently located in the heart of chinatown and it is only a stone's throw to Jalan Petaling. The water pressure of the shower head is very constant and the temperature is also very regular.

That was my first time in KL, so I was a bit worried how everything would go, but thanks to staff of this hotel, had less worries. Absolutely helpful in every way, kind and hospitable. I really enjoyed the location. China Town is an amazing place to visit and try the foods and buy souvenirs. The pool is great. I enjoyed the breakfast. Every evening I was coming back to my clean room and enjoyed every night at this place. Highly recommend!
Front desk officers very attentive, once they knew my nephew birthday. Surprised me, that they decorated the room with birthday theme.. Really beyond my expectation.
The King Room, feel very small, more like Queen room.
Chinatown is at your doorstep, there are rail lines under 10 minutes away by foot. Water is provided in glass bottles instead of plastic ones, which is a huge plus point when considering environmental friendliness. And most importantly, the bed is very comfy. :)
Nothing to complain about
I don't often leave reviews but the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and looked after us very well. The level of service was better than the 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Location was good. Surrounded by local eatees. Staffs helpful n friendly. Good views from bedroom windows.
Pool rather shallow for swimming.

L'isolation des étages n'est pas adéquate. Nous avions eu 2 nuits calmes car personne au-dessus jusqu'à la dernière nuit, horrible, impossible de dormir car il y avaient des enfants au dessus qui courraient toute la nuit.
