Very pleasant
Pros:

I would question to stay there again. The price is a little expensive and like I said, you took away a great restaurant
Pros:

The location and how Hilton revamped the entire facility looks great. I don’t like what they did with the restaurant. It should be a little more secluded.

Cons:

The restaurant should be more secluded feels like a cafeteria. And the cleaning wasn’t very good in our room. First night we had stained comforters. Then when we told the front desk, the cleaning crew came up and didn’t remove any garbage. There was still toothpaste in the sink it was a terrible cleaning job.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! MANAGER PAUL IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL

I booked my reservation through Booking.com and specifically selected a room rate that included breakfast. The price of the room was higher to reflect breakfast being included, screenshots attached. However, I was also charged separately for breakfast, meaning I effectively paid twice for the same service.

When I attempted to resolve this issue, I spoke with the front desk, Oshaun. He explained he will leave a note for the manager, Paul. I finally got ahold of the manager on duty, Paul. Unfortunately, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional — he hung up on me during our conversation rather than addressing my concerns or reviewing the THREE invoices I received. Part of this conversation was recorded and sent with a formal complaint. This interaction was unacceptable!

the staff were very friendly and professional. the location of the of the property is great. the rooms are large and comfortable.

I'm going back again if the restaurant is open
Pros:

Staff was great. Location was excellent

Cons:

Tv and internet in room didn't work and the restaurant wasn't up and running yet. Manager gave us 1/2 off the night stay though. Bottled water and other snacks were very expensive. People are not going to stay multiple times if they don't bring the price down

Awesome hotel with a great location, clean facilities, excellent staff and close to downtown St. Augustine.
Pros:

Staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. The easy access to a quiet beach is a huge plus.
