DO NOT STAY HERE!! MANAGER PAUL IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL

I booked my reservation through Booking.com and specifically selected a room rate that included breakfast. The price of the room was higher to reflect breakfast being included, screenshots attached. However, I was also charged separately for breakfast, meaning I effectively paid twice for the same service.

When I attempted to resolve this issue, I spoke with the front desk, Oshaun. He explained he will leave a note for the manager, Paul. I finally got ahold of the manager on duty, Paul. Unfortunately, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional — he hung up on me during our conversation rather than addressing my concerns or reviewing the THREE invoices I received. Part of this conversation was recorded and sent with a formal complaint. This interaction was unacceptable!

the staff were very friendly and professional. the location of the of the property is great. the rooms are large and comfortable.

Cons:

the breakfast was limited. there were on going finishing construction work.

Staff was great. Location was excellent

Cons:

Tv and internet in room didn't work and the restaurant wasn't up and running yet. Manager gave us 1/2 off the night stay though. Bottled water and other snacks were very expensive. People are not going to stay multiple times if they don't bring the price down

Awesome hotel with a great location, clean facilities, excellent staff and close to downtown St. Augustine.
Pros:

Staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. The easy access to a quiet beach is a huge plus.

Wedding Anniversary Destination

This is a gorgeous hotel that appears to be recently renovated. Immediately upon our arrival, we were greeted by Rhonda and Raheem. Both were very cordial and gave us a warm inviting welcome to the facilities. I can't say enough about how both Rhonda and Raheem made this a wonderful experience. This hotel is in a great location that is close to everything. It's literally steps away from the beach, walking distance to various restaurants and its located on the main strip with easy access to everything. The rooms are spacious and the decor is updated giving one the resort like feeling. There are rooms with balconies that overlook the pool and beach. These rooms appeared to be soundproof which is an added bonus. Although there is a parking and resort fee associated with this hotel, parking is plentiful and very convenient. This hotel is also one of the stops available on the Tour services which makes it very convenient.

Cons:

We were initially disappointed with the confusion on the information listed on Booking.com vs what the hotel actually offered. Rhonda immediately stepped in and assured us we made the right decision about choosing this hotel. There were some items listed on Booking.com that were not offered at the hotel.
