Cons:

Parking lot in back of the hotel way too small. Not enough parking spaces for cars. I had to park up against storage/dumpster units and was told by hotel staff to go out between 6 a.m. - 7 a.m. to try to move the car and check for any potential damage!!!!! Totally unacceptable. Which hotel guest wants to get up at 6 a.m. to check on the condition of their car?

Pros:

The breakfast was nice, although it opened a little later than the sign had posted (which normally wouldn’t matter but there were several runners waiting to get in prior to the race that day). The suite was spacious and included the listed amenities, although no soap was provided to wash the dishes.

Cons:

When we were checking in, there were two people at the front desk assisting another guest with their check in issues - understandable, but it took five minutes of standing there before they even acknowledged we were present or even just said “welcome, we’ll be with you in a minute”. When we finally were getting assistance, i asked the person who was helping about a request i had put on which had said it was confirmed and then the other person (who was still assisting the earlier guest) turned and said “no we aren’t doing that at all right now”. It was just a less than friendly interaction which made us feel unwelcome.

Will definitely come back
Pros:

The staff was great. The lady at the reception was amazing, kind and really helpful. She made sure we were all welcomed with a big smile and kindness. The hotel was great, the rooms were clean, spacious and cozy. The breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Our stay was very satisfying, we would stay there again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

We had a surgery appointment very early the next morning. This location was close to the hospital quiet, comfortable and easy to get to.

Cons:

Nothing this trip, we didn’t have time for breakfast but thank goodness you did have coffee hot and ready. We had no problems with the hotel, it was a time schedule situation.

Pros:

Breakfast was mid tier, nothing horrible but certainly nothing special, all workers were super friendly and helpful, seemed like it was recently starting to become run down.

Cons:

Promoting that they lost their liquor license would have been nice before paying a normal rate with a full service bar/restaurant style hotel. Not posted anywhere when booking, parking lot was hard to find due to lack of signage, also common areas seemed little cared about/cleaned.
