The most unprofessional and rude people work here. My reservation for August 1 was canceled the night before, and I had booked on April 21st for an event I was coming into town for. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect in my life. I was also hung up on multiple times from Alicia (I think her name was). I was told that my reservation didnt matter and they tried to 'accommodate' me by sending my reservation 40 minutes farther away, refused to refund my room or pay for the ubers that I now needed to take to my event which was in walking distance from this hotel, which is why I chose this location. I still am being refused my $300 refund for the room I was never even in.

No fridge in my room the second room i booked wasn't a king suit. The price made it seem like a nice place and it just wasn't very nice.

My door to my room was missing a strike plate for the deadbolt to go through. Without this the door is less safe and it looks sketchy.

The layout of the room was to say the least goofy. It's a large room but theactual layout of the walls in the room does not leave enough room for 2 Queen beds. The hotel squeezed into the room two Queen beds and that left about 15 inches of room between the edge of the bed and the wall to squeeze past everytime you went to the bathroom and everytime you entered the room. That's ridiculous. It's inconvenient for guests to keep squeezing past that point and your freshly painted wall is going to get all dinged up by luggage and shoes.

In the morning I couldn't open the door of the room from the inside to exit. Two people had to work on pushing it open from the outside. It's a scary feeling but fortunately there was no emergency requiring rapid exit.
The building is under renovation. I hadn't seen this noted anywhere before arriving. My room looked clean but the air definitely felt dusty and there was a lot of construction dust along the baseboards.
Also they kindly offered complimentary breakfast but when I finally got out of my room in the morning before 9:00am, there was no coffee, just one cup left so I found tea for that, a half waffle stuck in the waffle iron and 3 squished, bready bagels. Perhaps there was also cereal. The breakfast food area was a bit ravaged.
I checked out after one night (instead of the original 3 reserved) because they said there was no other room to move me to, that many of the room doors stick due to the construction, and they didn't work to try to fix the stuck door. All that is dangerous should there be an emergency. And surely against fire code. Oh, and zero apology or attempt to remediate any part of the situation.

No soda machine or water. I wish I had been informed on renovations. There's nothing going on nearby.

Hotel wird gerade renoviert, was uns bei unserem Aufenthalt (1 Tag) nicht gestört hat. Aber trotz Renovierung waren die Holzjalousinen im Zimmer teils defekt und im Bad funktionierte der Spritzschutz der Dusche nicht . Zimmer was wir gebucht hatten (zwei Betten) war nicht verfügbar (wahrscheinlich Doppelbuchung, keine Information).

They are in the middle of construction and only one elevator works so there can be a wait time for the elevator.

My room request was changed without my knowledge. I had to share a bed with my adult child. Very uncomfortable situation to be put in for the cost. Fortunately, the staff was understanding and accommodated the following day for the rest of my stay. However, the room was too small for the size of the bed.
