Pros:

Breakfast was mid tier, nothing horrible but certainly nothing special, all workers were super friendly and helpful, seemed like it was recently starting to become run down.

Cons:

Promoting that they lost their liquor license would have been nice before paying a normal rate with a full service bar/restaurant style hotel. Not posted anywhere when booking, parking lot was hard to find due to lack of signage, also common areas seemed little cared about/cleaned.

Newly renovated , has a full kitchen, no carpet!

Cons:

Essentially a motel, but gutted and refurbished, very heavily used, shows signs of it already. Ac unit is noisy.

Perfect for what we needed

Hotel was comfortable and easy to get to

Cons:

The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy and turned on and off constantly. It was difficult to lower fan speed and adjust temperature. Otherwise all was fine.

Great room. Great to catch a quick cup of coffee and a light bite to eat for breakfast.
Pros:

Coffee and breakfast. Location to Upstate Hospital. Great bed.

Cons:

Entrance from back parking lot. Very hard to push a loaded luggage cart up the steep back ramp from the parking lot. I understand there is no solution for this given the building structure.
