The bathroom was a little outdated, the faucets felt like they were going to fall off. Heavy caulking around tub, A/C didn’t work and keypad didn’t light up . The fan worked but room temperature air.
The breakfast, my wife liked the waffle but the bacon was very undercooked and the home fries were absolutely disgusting. We eat took one bit of the home fries and that was it.
We were really disappointed because we paid a lot of money for this room and it didn’t live up to the Hampton Inn standards.
Nice selection of food at breakfast. The employee at the front desk was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Her name was Shyanne and she took her job seriously enough to make me feel like we were old friends. I liked that and I liked her attitude. Her kindness exceeded my expectations.
The chair with wheels for the desk could be improved.

Heater did not work. Shower head needed replacing.
Close to downtown.
No cell service. Room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Or alarm clock. Shower water pressure would drop mid shower.
The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was great!
The refrigerator in our room was cycling really loud and I kept me up a bit.
I liked the location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
We only received 2 hand & bath towels the first night and didn’t get clean ones until our third day. I would have liked 4 each for 2 people if it’s the hotel’s policy to not clean the first full day of our stay.

two day stay. Breakfast was not so good/disappointing our 1st day, 2nd day it was very, very, good?? Coffee was excellent every time!
The worst: Bottom sheet was to small for bed, one corner of bottom sheet wouldn't come anyway close enough to go over mattress corner, woke up wrapped like a burrito each morning??? No didn't complain, in & out of room both days due to helping then attending our granddaughters wedding. I feel this was very lax in something so easy to do, & or, no checking after room is ready for next guests, feel we shouldn't have to complain about a sheet being one size to small for mattress!!!! ????? Even if your blind you would have felt it doesn't fit! Even my husband couldn't pull it enough to go over corner of mattress.
