Great value for money for 1 night stay!
Pros:

Great value for money - stayed for 1 night for a wedding at Kingswood Manor. Double room was very spacious and clean. There was a big party with band but couldn’t hear it from the room.

Cons:

Mattress was so springy - a mattress topper on top would’ve really helped!
Housekeeping knocking early in the morning was annoying!

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Bathroom and bedroom hadn't been cleaned properly (hairs in bath), cigarettes and cans littered all over the balcony, no soap or shower gel in the containers, difficulties checking in online and in person.

Pros:

Location and convenience.

Parking: enter your vehicle registration upon entering reception area.

Cons:

Listed facilities available on their website and booking.com page but when we arrived NO facilities available; bar closed, restaurant closed.
There are No Smoking signs throughout the building and in the rooms yet our room stank of stale cigarettes and fresh ash/dog ends on the balcony. Overall the room despite being large was tired and unclean.

Get what you pay for
Pros:

It was £38 so you get what you pay for to be fair, however the shower was cold with zero hot water. The wardrobe smelt like smoke .
The website looked beautiful but it’s very fun down bar was closed I wasn’t expecting anyone on check in given the info on booking however there was someone there which who was lovely but facilities where poor. Bathroom was clean as such but poor broken and the fam on ceiling covered in cobwebs

Worse than I thought, I will not return
Pros:

The location is great, and having parking included was a real advantage. The room was also quiet, so there wasn’t much noise during my stay. The staff were professional (check-in + check-out), and I had no issues from that perspective.

Cons:

I booked the cheapest room, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. However, the basics were not acceptable.
The bed was very uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was slow, and the room felt dirty. There was also a strange, musty smell, which was very unpleasant. For the price, I would have been satisfied if the bed had been comfortable and the room had been clean; that was really all I needed.
There was also no soap provided. I had to use the shampoo from the shower, as it was the only product available. There was no body wash either, and there was dust everywhere. Overall, the room felt so unclean that I did not even feel comfortable taking a shower there.
