Awful, avoid

Odour as soon as you walk into the reception.
Corridor carpets are heavily stained!
Bedroom was dirty and carpets stained!
Bathroom was dirty!
Patio door didn’t lock!
I was a female travelling alone, I did not feel safe!

Worrying, if it had been refundable I would have left.
Pros:

The member of staff I complained to when shown to the "appartment" that turns out to be a damp smelly shed was helpful and moved me to a reasonable room.

Cons:

The bed had a clean sheet on it, which barely covered the surface of the mattress and moved during the night so I was sleeping on a bare matress in the end. This must have happened to other people and seemed grim. The spoons were dirty and the duvet cover was ripped at the top.

A calm and nice stay until in the morning when a a 'resident' came banging on our window drunk

Cons:

The facilities are a bit old, stained carpets and toilets and tub did not look sharp. On arrival there was nowhere to park up. The car park was full and almost went back

Запах. Грязно в номерах. Грязная ванная. Мусорное ведро было с слоем прилипшего мусора на дне. Не протертые столы и тумбочки. Запах в отеле ужасный. Они даже на баре который на ресепшене не убирали грязные бокалы полторы суток 😂 очень грязно
