Pros:

The location

Cons:

The room was dirty, the bathroom was like a public toilet.
The bar was not open. The restaurant was not open.
The whole place was shabby and dirty.
In the morning there was a fire in one of the rooms. We were evacuated from the building, not by the staff but the alarm system, police entered the building to get everyone out, fire brigade arrived on mass..
4 hours we had to wait In the car park. We were not allowed back into the place,
In my opinion, this is the worst place l have ever stayed..
I will be asking for a full refund..

Pros:

Car park, nice staff, great location just off the Motorway

Cons:

Could do with a bit of redecorating and the online check in system is slightly confusing, doesn't give you the room code but does give you the WiFi and when you get to the hotel there is a reception with staff anyway.

Hotel needs a complete shake up, room not ready at 1800! didn’t stay and left!
Cons:

Property has gone down in past few years, used to be a lovely hotel. Struggled to speak with the receptionist on several occasions. Asked what time we would arrive, I said 1800. We got there at 1820 went to the room, cleaning still happening everywhere, strange solvent smell, had to step over a hoover to get to the room, room still being cleaned, decided to leave and not stay

Very bad experience and hotel has still not yet provided the refund of the booking.

Reception said If I need to use fan then Its compulsory that I need to bring my laptop or something where can I attache USB fan cable 😄.

Lovely little place for a family
Pros:

Lovely little hotel. Yes its not modern but for the price was worth every penny. Had a bath and shower. Smart tv. Wifi. Air-conditioning. Amazing for the price

Cheap but not particularly cheerful.

The shower worked. Close to M25.

Cons:

The room looked vaguely similar to the photos but in place of TV was a cable box, no kettle, no toiletries and the balcony went to a car park on the same level. The AC blew air - no cooling, room smelled damp and window couldn't be opened. The bathroom was held together with silicone that looked like it had been applied by a toddler. Although the shower worked the fitting was close to falling off and the shower curtain well in need of replacement. You might say 'what do you expect for the price?' which would be almost fair - except that I would expect it to look like the photos. It's possible that all the decent rooms were taken because there was a large noisy wedding happening - if so, the hotel is full and should have been marked as such.

Extremely disappointing and unhygienic stay

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the hallways were also unclean and unpleasant.
The toilet was dirty and visibly stained, which made the bathroom feel unhygienic. The shower doors were broken, and while having a shower, water spilled out onto the bathroom floor because the shower was not properly enclosed. This made the bathroom difficult and uncomfortable to use.

Cheap accommodation and nice staff
Pros:

After reading the reviews I was worried, however after asking to look at my room first. I was pleasantly surprised, my bed was comfortable and clean. Lovely white sheets and towels, lots of coffee and tea. Nice hot showers and great staff!

I’m walking the Pilgrims Way to Canterbury so this was a well needed stop to recharge. The only close one on route
