The hotel was dirty neglected and a hazardous environment
No air conditioning as stated there was and the receptionist when we arrived couldn’t find the booking and kept getting my name wrong as she couldn’t understand English very well

The booking process was shocking, I had booked last minute and had to wait over an hour for a code to get in the room. And by then it was 01:30am.
The bed was shocking and needs throwing away.
I spend my life travelling and working all over the country week in week out different hotels. For the money it’s great I see a lot of bad reviews come on it’s great for the money air con Netflix I loved it for the money. I paid £49 A night
Has a balcony to sit on to smoke. This review is genuine. I fix horses for a living Jay Johnson Fastrack. Hotels not cheap now for a cheap night it’s great.
The tv and tea making facilities
The whole hotel is dirty, carpets and curtains falling apart. No food, drink or air-conditioning as advertised. Definitely wouldn't stay again

Disgustingly dirty. Punic hairs in bed, cigarette butts all over balcony, chair broken, air conditioning in all bedrooms not working (and hasn’t been for years according to hitel reviews), balcony door handle missing and therefore couldn’t lock door, badly stained carpet, bedside light not working, only one towel provided, no spare pillows available, kettle dusty, balcony wooden handrails rotten.

The hotel responds to every bad review left, for at least the last 2 years (didn’t go back any further) saying they take it seriously and are trying to improve. I can safely say they have improved nothing. Small uncomfortable bed, dirty, outdated, ac not working, shower not working, cold water tap coming out hot, overgrown outside, fag ends everywhere. The list goes on and on, I didn’t expect much for the price but this was a joke. Poor on all levels except location, straight on to m25
Premier in Epsom.wanted 160 for i night . Here 54 . Large room good bathroom clean bed but have to eat out ir order delivery. Really good value. Room as good as premier but no ac so just leave balcony door open to keep cool.

The location off the road and looks nice from the outside
Unfortunately the weather didn’t help got to our room was at the back of the hotel and the air conditioning didn’t work at all the room had no air was way too hot, didn’t sleep well. the shower was dirty and the shower rail came out the wall not enough towels the water did heat up so shower wasn’t too bad no sockets near bed for charging
