Pros:

Posizione eccellente della struttura, ottima colazione, abbondante e varia. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile

Cons:

La struttura si divide in due plessi, la stanza che ci hanno assegnato non era quella che avevamo selezionato su booking e non corrispondeva alle foto. Oltre al fatto che aveva mancanze ed era vecchia e poco curata nei dettagli e nella pulizia.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral alles fußläufig erreichbar

Leider war das Hotel garnicht sauber, überall lag Staub in den Ecken und die Handtücher hatten gelbe Flecken.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was not accessible from the room.
The room was located in a separate building from the main one.
The windows need better soundproofing, as the old town is always crowded and noisy.
The phone doesn't work to call the reception, so i need to go there every time.

Great stay with a very good price/quality.
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic and located in the center of Kaleici. The staff was very polite and attentive to my needs. The price/quality ratio is very good when compared to other similar hotels.

Cons:

The cleaning of the room could have been done better.

Pros:

We got a free upgrade to a superior suite which was very spacious and luxurious! Lovely courtyard to enjoy an extensive breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

There's some noise and music from the neighbouring restaurant at night but it doesn't go on too late.

L’emplacement est idéal, l’hôtel très charmant
Très bon petit déjeuner
Excellente ambiance le soir avec des animations

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte avec des équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas très bien (porte du frigo, volet, pas d’aération dans les toilettes, pas de prise près des lits,…)
Pour atteindre les chambres il y a de grandes marches d’escaliers, compliqué si personnes en mobilité réduite et valise
Et le ménage n’a pas été fait durant nos 4 nuit dans l’hôtel
