Alp Pasa Hotel - Special Class

The property itself is undeniably beautiful — the architecture and landscaping are genuinely lovely, and the location is hard to beat. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of what we expected, particularly given the hotel’s positioning as a “Special Class” property.

Check-in & Service
We arrived at the designated check-in time of 2:00 PM and waited nearly 40 minutes in the courtyard for our room to be ready. During that wait, we were not offered so much as a glass of tea — a basic gesture of hospitality that is standard practice throughout Turkey. When our room was finally ready, staff rushed us through without any meaningful orientation to the property.

The Room
Bags were carried up, which we appreciated. What we found in the room, however, was deeply disappointing. The bed was extremely hard. For a king-size bed, there was only one fitted sheet — no top sheet. The blanket provided was sized for a twin bed and had been stuffed in the closet; when we retrieved it, we found it was visibly dirty with lipstick from a previous guest — clearly unwashed. There were only two pillows for a two-person bed. Standard hospitality calls for at least two pillows per person.

We called that evening to request proper bedding. It never came. At 11:00 PM, we went downstairs ourselves, spoke with the manager, and retrieved linens — which we then had to put on the bed ourselves. This is simply not acceptable at any hotel, let alone one marketing itself as special class.

The Bathroom
Equally sparse. There was a single hand towel for two guests and no toiletries of any kind — not even the most basic amenities. The only soap available was a wall-mounted dispenser. Nothing else.

Breakfast
The photos on their website suggest an impressive spread — and it can be — but the reality is chaos. The hotel shares breakfast service with guests from a second property they own nearby, creating a Disneyland-like atmosphere.

Плохое качество Wifi , точно не рекомендую этот отель если вы хотите работать - интернета нет и очень шумно.

Room lighting could’ve been better
Bathroom feels outdated and we’d rate cleanliness 8/10.

Мы путешествовали с тремя детьми, по приезду в отель оказалось, что наши номера расположены в разных зданиях, нам дали два номера рядом с ужасным ремонтом прямо во дворе ресторана. Было невыносимо шумно, шум доносился с трех сторон комнаты. Постели были очень плохого качества, подушки не удобные. Что самое странное - вход в бассейн был со стороны туристической улицы - т.е. надо было в халате и купальнике пройти через оживленную улицу, чтобы наши дети смогли поплавать.
В итоге мы попросили заменить номера на более тихие, но один из двух номеров, который нам дали оказался в полуподвальном помещении с окном выходящим на землю... никакого солнца, зато в номере был огромный таракан. Ремонт в ванных очень плохой, качество белья и подушек было ужасное и мы выехали из отеля - поменяли на другой.
В итоге нам не вернули деньги за отмену бронирования. Отель оказался полным разочарованием, никому не советую тратить на него деньги, вас ждет жуткий шум по ночам и очень грубое обслуживание.

Lo staff è stato abbastanza disponibile, portate un asciugacapelli perché quello della stanza non funziona benissimo.

The breakfast could have done with more fruit options as I don’t enjoy lots of heavy food for breakfast, a coffee barista would be great too! But that is asking a little much.

Le bruit de certain piétons a partir de 5h30 qui ont des valises à roulette sur les pavés et ceux qui se gare devant les portes mais cela est valable que pour les appartements donnant sur rue. Pour les autres logements qui sont où est servi le petit déjeuner aucun problème.

Очень шумно. Внизу ресторан , орет музыка и люди до часу ночи . Постоянно какая то суета на улице ночью. Если вы планируете ложиться спать 12 ночи или раньше , то этот отель не для вас. Очень шумно! Уборки не было. За 4 дня пребывания НИ РАЗУ НЕ УБРАЛИСЬ ! когда я подошла к администратору отеля на 3 день и попросила уже убрать номер , заменить ванные принадлежности по возвращению , номер и был грязным , поменяли только полотенца и выбросили мусор. Вообщем цена на него очень завышена. Завтраки были невкусными
