Alp Pasa Hotel - Special Class

The hotel itself is very unique which fits the old style of Kaleici. However, I do think the rooms need an upgrade and need to be refurbished especially the bathroom. Towels could also be renewed as well as they seem a bit yellow-ish. Overall, our stay was amazing, but there are some improvements to be made to make the hotel exceptionally.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en pensant profiter d’une suite supérieure pour un montant de 871€ pour 5 nuits.

En réalité, rien ne correspondait à ce qui était annoncé:
1) Chambre bruyante, impossible de faire dormir un bébé de 8 mois à cause de l’animation extérieure. mon bébé a l’habitude de dormir avec du bruit autour :
2) Eau quasi froide depuis notre arrivée - je leur ai signalé tous les jours.
3) Ménage inexistant : malgré nos demandes répétées, la chambre n’a été nettoyée correctement que la veille de notre départ (sol, salle de bain, toilettes).
4) Aucun service digne d’une suite supérieure (pas de bouteilles d’eau renouvelées, pas d’attention particulière).
5) manager totalement absent qui se cache derrière ses employés, aucune réponse à nos réclamations.

Coffee machines in breakfast room were a constant issue each day, always running out and staff didn’t really get a grip.
Had to constantly nag reception to get a kettle for the room - finally came with two days left! -

We stayed in the annex rooms, which are nice- however every day there were large bags of laundry stacked up around the entrance - if we’re calling the hotel “special class” that’s not really acceptable- it’s more of a hostel type practice.

It wouldn’t take much to make this hotel go from good to great - just little things could make it brilliant

ASQUEROSO 🤢🤮

Este hotel actúa con total impunidad, discriminando a sus huéspedes entre 1ª y 2ª, los últimos no tienen derecho a una habitación limpia o digna.
El hotel lo sabe, todos los huéspedes que reservan una habitación estándar se quejan de lo mismo semana tras semana, SUCIEDAD, habitaciones sin iluminación adecuada, la vajilla del comedor SUCIA. Puedes reclamar, es tu derecho, pero seguirán actuando igual, leer todas las reseñas de 1 o 2 estrellas, todas dicen lo mismo.
La primera vez que reclamamos, porque era asqueroso lo que encontramos, enviaron a distintas señoras a limpiar mientras esperamos en una terraza, una de las señoras nos hizo una foto con su móvil, lo dijimos, pero en recepción nos ignoraron.
No hay ascensor y hay mil escaleras, estrechas y empinadas.
Algunas toallas estan tan desgastadas que pasa la luz a trabes de ellas, ademas de tener un "blanco dudoso", envío fotos, pelos en la ducha, solo 4 días después que recibieron una reclamación de Booking lo quitaron. Aunque la ducha ya de por sí, esta asquerosa. Las sábanas con manchas amarillas.
Tengo que reconocer que después de ver las fotos de otras habitaciones que encontré , mi habitación no es la peor.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nachts ununterbrochen getropft,
TV hat nicht funktioniert,
Das Metallgestell fürs Bett für meinen Sohn konnte gar nicht bequem sein, deswegen war Matratze direkt aufm Boden,
Für Abendessen war eine deutlich übersichtliche extra Menükarte,
beim Frühstück die Kaffemaschine war eine Katastrophe.

For anyone about to book this hotel, please read this and avoid it, I do not want you to fall for the same issues. I checked out immediately after arriving after 2 full hours of back and forth and pure disrespect.

Booked a twin room advertised for 3 adults with an extra bed. (Attached screenshots of the booking pictures), On arrival, met by the rudest receptionist imaginable, dina or diane was her name. Shown room after room — NONE matched the booking photos. First room: filthy, smelled awful, humidity on the ceiling which was super low, AC blasting dust, disgusting condition (photos attached, it's the green room). We asked for the room we actually booked and paid for — were told it "doesn't exist" and that "clients always complain the rooms don't match the pictures." So they openly admitted to false advertising.

Second room: cramped, and they wanted to squeeze an extra bed next to the toilet. (Again photos attached of the second one), Refused. Third room: stuck in what looked like an out-of-service area — dusty, unopened for weeks, smelled terrible. Couldn't even get a photo as we were too exhausted and done by that point.

Went back to the receptionist, who couldn't help and called the manager. Manager's solution? They can leave, and the receptionist mockingly informed us that all the rooms have noise since the green one is next to a nightclub and the second is next to a pool area, so we'd have noise all night anyway. Pure disrespect from start to finish.

We had 4 nights booked in Antalya, 1 was extra from me just to avoid early checkout and actually relax so i refused to waste even one in these conditions. Ended up paying out of pocket for another hotel entirely, just two hours after arriving, thanks to a relative wiring us emergency funds.

Chambre très sale, pas d’Internet, the pool was full of chore

De kamer viel tegen en was niet representatief met de kamerfoto's op de site. We zaten ook in een heel ander gebouw. Je zou verwachten als je een hele week verblijft, dat je een mooie kamer krijgt.
Het zwembad was erg klein met korte openingstijden tot 18.00 uur.
Je mocht geen eten meenemen in de kamer (dreigende mededeling).
Je kreeg voor je hele verblijf maar twee kleine flesjes water.
Geen koffie of thee mogelijkheden op de kamer.
Geluidsoverlast (harde disco) tot 01.00 door plaatselijk hostel achter.
Badkamer eenvoudig met alleen douche.
Alleen een bedbank in de woonkamer.
Slechte wifi niet geschikt om films te streamen.

Wir hatten eines der älteren Zimmer bekommen. Hier merkt man schnell, dass dieses Zimmer Emin die Jahre gekommen ist. Und die Maßnahmen zur Reparatur sind nur in mäßiger Qualität ausgeführt worden. Die Klimaanlage macht auch erst nach mehrmaligen guten Zureden was sie soll.

Wij kregen een standaart kamer,terwijl wij voor kamer de luxe hadden betaalt. Ik heb bij de balie gevraagt om kamer de luxe. Volgende dag heb ik pas een kamer de luxe gekregen. De kamer werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt. ik heb de manager vertelt over het kamer dat het niet is schoon gemaakt, ze hadden alleen nieuwe handdoeken gelegd. Ze antwoorde dat ze personeel te kort hadden.
