Hôtel correct, bien situé. Assez cher tout de même.
Pros:

Localisation très bonne dans le quartier Lido, proximité des bus pour se déplacer.
Hôtel propre

Cons:

Chambre sombre. Confortable mais assez sommaire. Odeur désagréable de canalisations dans la salle de bains. Problématique des pigeons qui envahissent la terrasse au petit déjeuner

Good locations but the hotel need improvment
Pros:

Good location in the center of Lido! Cleaning staff & staff at the breakfast/restaurant was very friendly. An extra star to Eliza who works at the breakfast, she was very sweet.
The hotel has a good size pool & serves nice coctails. A bolt/uner into Funchal took about 7-10 mins.

Cons:

Staff at the reception hardly said hello & was not helpful at all. Thry first would not give out two keycards to the room.
The hotel is missing a gym & you have to pay per hour to use the pool table. At any other hotels those things are included.
Beds were very hard & uncomfortable. The rooms need renovation. It was very price for the low standard.

Our room was very old fashioned and not renovated. Breakfast selection was very poor and low quality

um grande hotel de 3 estrelas
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era o esperado, sem grandes exageros e com a variedade normal. A possibilidade de tomar o pequeno almoço no terraço também foi uma boa surpresa.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha AC, no quarto ainda continha um ventoinha de teto, mas a sala era muito abafada.

Bardzo fajny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji do korzystania z uroków miasta i jako punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania wyspy (autem lub z biurkami podróży). Sympatyczna obsługa, pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone i przestronne, dobre śniadania i czysty basen, gdzie zawsze są jakieś dostępne leżaki.

Pros:

Місцерозташування та вид з номера. Прибирання щодня

Cons:

Сніданки слабенькі , мало парасольок біля басейну, також сталась не приємна ситуація з покупкою екскурсії, нам оформили не ту, що ми хотіли, і навіть не захотіли розібратись в ситуації

Pros:

Todos os funcionários eram bastante solícitos e dispostos a ajudar, fizeram de tudo para instância ser perfeita. Vista do quarto muito bonita também.

As instalações já são velhas, não tem ar condicionado.
