Water tap n shower water flow need to take seriously notice.

cek in, pintu buka sendiri, padahal ada yang jaga di sana, sekurity nya juga angkuh, melihat atas bawah . staff malam juga kurang ramah. kran pada bocor, handuk ada blood , sarung bantal ga di ganti jadi ketika saya rebahan, bantal bau rambut yang ga keramas apek banget.cleaning servicenya juga kurang ramah. toilet untuk bersihnya air lurus ke depan sampai menuju pintu semprotannya. lemarinya juga kotor. tolong lebih di perbaiki. energy uang menyukai kebersihan dan kran rusak segera di ganti baru. stafg pagi yang perempuan ramah.. saya menyukai keramahan agar tamu juga merasa nyaman.
