The location is nice, the hotel gives good vibes , the staff is also nice

Cons:

There were cockroaches and insects coming from the washroom throughout my stay. I stayed for 7 days and informed the hotel about the issue on the second day. Instead of changing my room, they came in and sprayed insect killer, but unfortunately, the problem continued and I was still seeing cockroaches even a day before check-out.

The insects in the washroom were there throughout all 7 days and kept coming out from the drainage holes and sink drain.

Overall, the hotel is starting to feel quite old, including the AC and other facilities. I think some renovation and proper maintenance would really help keep the hotel in good condition.

Das Personal sind sehr hilfsbereit vor allem mr. Bobby an der Rezeption, der war sehr flink, freundlich auf jede Frage und sehr hilfsbereit... Mega cool
. Danke vielmals..... Werde wieder buchen bei Ambhara Hotel... Die Lage ist mega mega nah von Ausgang, Essen, und Shoppen..... Sehr empfehlenswert... Zu Fuss überquer die Strasse schon im bekannte Blok M District.....

Good price but not that value for money.
Pros:

It's near to city centre and walking distance to shopping mall.

Cons:

Upon check-in there were cockroaches in the room and i requested for a room change. the staffs were very helpful in making the arrangement, but after another room change there were still cockroaches so I requested for some pest control items to be placed in the room... but it didn't help much.

Silver lining is that the staff extended late check-out for me at no cost due to the inconvenience caused.
