Very good value for the price which included parking but you won’t want to spend any time in the rooms other than absolu
Pros:

Very good value for the price, the breakfast was good with plenty of choice, sitting outside overlooking Queens Dock with a drink was very pleasant.

Cons:

Rooms were small with no robes , the toilet and shower room was so small it was a squeeze to sit on the toilet without opening the door ! The traffic noise was intrusive making sleep difficult without closing the window which in turn made the room uncomfortably warm.

Great location and brilliant staff.
Pros:

Was greeted by the manager he is a really nice guy polite friendly and gave us tips for heading into the city, couldn’t do enough for you.

Cons:

Nothing it was great value for money and you got free parking so even better.

Nettes Personal, gute Lage, Zimmer zu eng.
Pros:

Die Lage des Frühstücksraums direkt am Hafenbecken.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr eng, Bad erinnert an Schiffsnasszelle. Kein Stauraum für Gepäck.

Amazing staff and great location
Pros:

The staff were amazing. We were in the middle of a heatwave, and they did everything they could to make us comfortable. We had a fan for the room, and their was iced water on tap in the lounge. The location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons:

We had a ground floor twin room that was very comfortable, but we did find the shower room a little bit compact and bijou!

Great hotel, great staff, great location
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel had free parking and was in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to Albert Docks and 20 minute walk from the main shopping centre

Cons:

The bathroom. For a nice hotel, the bathroom was pre moulded as if it had come out of a caravan or cross channel ferry. There was quite a step up into it and a small lip in to the shower stall, which, due to the small size, both myself and my partner tripped into. For guests less steady on their feet, this could potentially cause issues
