Great value and fantastic location.
Pros:

The location was amazing - right in the middle of everything. The free parking was great. It was so convenient to drive to the hotel and leave the car whilst we looked around.
The staff were great, friendly and professional. The place was spotless. For the price point it was very good value for money.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small. They had everything we needed tho. The ensuite facilities were the smallest we have ever had, tho my partner had a shower and said the water was nice and warm and the pressure was great too. It did however Splash onto everything- sink, loo and floor.
The only problem was our comfort - my partner is disabled and I have health issues and the size of the room did impact our comfort, but to be honest thats not the hotels fault.

Pleasant and friendly hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Our main reason for booking the Dolby was the on-site parking. Bonus: it was free. Bonus: location was only a 13 minutes’ stroll to the Albert Dock area.
Bonus: excellent breakfast was included. Impressed that a member of staff checked the buffet food temperature - never seen that before. Bonus: friendly, informative staff.

Cons:

Rooms are small, but as there is so much to see and do you don’t need to spend long in the room. Rooms are similar to a cabin in a cruise ship. Largest room is the accessible room (if available).
