Pros:

Well placed for Albert Dock, city centre and docks

Cons:

The temperature outside was hot , and obviously the room was hot /stuffy . Could have done with a fan

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location great. Parking was the deal breaker. I hate it when I book a hotel room, then have to pay more to park at the hotel, even worse if you have to park away from the hotel. So top marks for your parking policy.

Cons:

Room was a bit small, as was the bed and bathroom, but we managed ok.

Not to far from main bars , restaurants.
Parking right outside the hotel .
Seating outside at the back of hotel overlooking the docks .

Although the bathroom and room were small I would definitely stay again if visiting Liverpool for a few nights and we SO

Great location in front of the river. Able to sit outside for a drink or just to look at lovely sunset!
Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us a map and explained all the fab places to visit!
Buffet breakfast tasty.
A wee walk to get to Docks and centre of Liverpool but just perfect for us.
Great historic pictures on the walls on way to rooms!
Good value for money.

Cons:

Our small room was on the first floor facing out to river which was lovely but, with weather so good, the room was VERY hot! A fan was available but didn’t really cool the room.
The bathroom was VERY small especially the shower cubicle which had a curtain which would stick to you as such a tiny shower😀
A shower cap was provided as otherwise your hair would get wet🥹

The free parking is a bonus, the staff are so helpful and friendly. All my needs catered for and had the best 4 nights in Liverpool I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very clean and welcoming bonus of having the parking and lovely view of the docks.

Cons:

The size of the bathroom wasn't very good. Was very small like being on a plane toilet, was extremely compact felt very claustrophobic.

Selections of food available was good and quality was very nice
Staff made not of an after booking special request I made and helped with that in regards to the room
Location was excellent and would love to go there again.

Cons:

Only downside of the whole stay was the Dining room for breakfast felt very claustrophobic
