5 star staff
Pros:

Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful. I left some clothes in the room when we checked out, luckily we had a soft drink in the bar before leaving and the cleaners must've gone in straight away, a lovely lady found the clothes and brought them to me in the bar.

All the staff were excellent though. Thanks to everyone.

Only niggle was the bathrooms are small

Quiet riverside choice within a walking distance to city center.
Pros:

Quiet location right by the Mersey. Good breakfast and friendly staff. For those needing it the free parking is a big bonus. 15-minute walk from the city center.

Cons:

Room was really tiny with no counterspace and no closet. Also fridge would have been nice. Everything else was ok for our needs.

Staff are excellent, great value for money but tiny bathroom.
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and helpful. A real credit to the company and the main reason I would recommend.

Cons:

The bathroom/shower is tiny and doesn’t give you much space to navigate.
I knew this before booking and in my opinion it’s fine for 1-2 nights.
