My stay was ok but you need more welcoming energetic staff
Pros:

breakfeast and dinner was good
spa is good as well little crowded and no staff were around to keep people in order
rooms were dated and beds were really uncomfortable

Cons:

staff attitude and they were not really happy to be there accept food and beverage people from Philippines and FandB manager was good in his job

If you want to be close to the gondola this is the place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast and location from the gondola are exceptional.
Spa is also very nice however the large amount of children and noise was a little excessive for a Kempinski hotel.

Cons:

The overall cleanliness of the hotel can be improved significantly. The lobby and room fitted carpets are dusty and although the 'high touch areas' such as the bed side table and bathroom was clean, dusting and vacuuming needs to be increased significantly as a lot of dust is present in the hotel. Our allergies were heightened throughout our stay because of all the dust.
Also, the entire property requires serious updating as it is very out dated.
Lastly, the beds, especially the duvet covers, are a little ridiculous considering a king size bed has two small single duvets.
Essentially this hotel has a 5 star price tag for a 3 star hotel experience.

Personale molto gentile e accogliente . Ottimi servizi spa . La migliore posizione rispetto alla funivia . Ottima colazione molto ricca e buon ristorante. Lo chef Sa il fatto suo . Camere spaziose .

Cons:

L’arredamento nelle camere lascia desiderare. Quando uno prenota in un hotel 5 stelle si aspetta la camera più confortevole, mancano le prese per usare i vari devise devi staccare la televisione.

Eigentlich alles. Toller Empfang, valet parking, Skipiste vor dem Haus, super Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Lobby und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch der Spa-Bereich mit Schwimmbad war wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn die Gäste die Saunaregeln auch beachten würden. Man setzt sich AUF sein Handtuch, auch die Füße stellt man darauf ...
