A very serious security incident occurred at this hotel, my iPhone has been stolen

A very serious security incident occurred at this hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with how the management has handled it.

My smartphone was stolen from the hotel premises. What makes this incident particularly concerning is that the person suspected of stealing it was apparently not even a hotel guest and had been able to access and use the hotel facilities using false identification information. This raises very serious questions about the hotel's security procedures and how non-guests are allowed to enter and use its facilities.

The matter has already been reported to the police and is being handled as a criminal case. Despite the seriousness of the incident, the hotel's management has shown very little willingness to take responsibility or properly address the situation. Each time I follow up, I am simply told that someone will contact me again, but nothing meaningful happens.

For a hotel, guest safety and security should be among the highest priorities. Allowing someone using false identification to access the facilities, followed by a theft, is already extremely concerning. The lack of a serious and responsible response from management afterward makes the situation even worse.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Until the hotel seriously improves both its security procedures and management's response to incidents like this, I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here or using its facilities.

Perfecto para descansar y aislarte del caos de Nairobi.

1. La piscina. Los tres días de mi estancia estaba la piscina siendo usada todo el rato para clases de natación para niños, y no se podía estar tranquilo.
