Equipe sensacional e ótima localização
Pros:

Localização excelente, funcionários muito gentis e um ótimo café da manhã. Um dia tive que me levantar muito cedo para um safári, e eles abriram o serviço de café da manhã antes do tempo para mim. Todos são muito prestativos. Me senti muito bem nesse hotel.

Cons:

Os quartos e banheiro estão um pouquinho antiquados. Nada que tenha prejudicado minha estadia.

Pros:

This was a lovely hotel for a couple of days. The rooms were comfortable and the location is great.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a bit better. There's a lot of variety but the quality was often not great - some pastries were a bit stale. It's also very much a seminar hotel with lots of business guests so maybe that's something to keep in mind when booking a tourist vacation

Very nice garden hotel
Pros:

The Jacaranda is great - it has a very nice garden and pool area with a lot of nice greenery that makes the place very relaxing and peaceful.

Cons:

The rooms were just ok, seemed a bit old and out of date.

Excellent front desk staff - They did very well to make my stay enjoyable and pleasant.
Pros:

I kept missing the breakfast :') I like to sleep till late, but I travelled with a client; and he didn't have any complains about it when I asked.

Cons:

The room/s does not have a bidet. This is my only negative point about staying at Jacaranda; which is usually where I stay if I am in Nairobi for business.

Excellent value for money with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Good location close to 2 large shopping malls. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit noisy but this is because it’s busy location. Staff were excellent and helpful, especially Mary on reception and Joseph. Safe and secure property.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but the bed was big and very comfortable!

Pros:

The breakfast is good and abondant - but the best is the location. It is so near the Sarit center where you have all the shops and services. No transport needed even in the evening. Another asset is the gym and spa.

Best hotel in Nairobi!
Pros:

The staff is fantastic! Josephine communicated with me before I even left the U.S.A., and Moses, David, the security guards, everyone was just wonderful! Moses allowed me to keep my big suitcase there while I was on safari for a week. Josephine at the front desk gave me wonderful tips and helped me get a driver at almost midnight, and he was kind and helpful! It was clean and quiet and I slept for 10 hours my first night. TV worked well and the hotel has its own private gate to get to the fantastic Sarit Center mall across the street! I will go back to the Jacaranda Hotel Nairobi every time I'm in town!

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect. The vegetable curry is excellent!
