The staff were amazing , super friendly and said good morning to us everyday without fail. If we needed anything they were helpful and available . Breakfast was good. However needs more variety . However everything was made fresh . The property was super clean . Amazing to channels . They have a little shop in reception that has a variety of snacks , drinks , food and travel essentials to buy that are cheap.
Behind the hotel there are restaurants and shops which I would highly recommend. The original Pancake house and Tommy Tavern are amazing places to eat . The staff were amazing . There is a bus 5 minutes from hotel that takes you straight in to Manhattan which is about 20-25 minutes bus ride . There is also a ferry to take you into Manhattan aswell. The skyline from the hotel in to manhattan at night is absolutely amazing . Check- out was 12pm however our flight back was not until 7pm and the hotel held on to our luggage for FREE until we were ready to go to the airport which I thought was so lovely them. The breakfast staff are absolutely amazing attend to our needs everyday for the 10 days . Surfaces were always clean and tidy . They were polite and said good morning to us everyday without fail. They were constantly stocking up the food. Every Wednesday night (not sure on time so please ask reception) they provide a light Dinner ,snack for free. Food included drinks, cheese board , crackers ,hot food , fruit etc. there is unlimited coffee , tea and hot chocolate 24hrs available.

Le prix qui reste néanmoins relativement compétitif par rapport aux prix de Manhattan. La situation assez proche de New York et des commerces non loin de l’hôtel (zone commerciale).
Le fait d’être en face de la Skyline côté New Jersey permet de se détendre et de sortir de l’agitation de Manhattan. Situation interessante par rapport à l’aéroport de Newark.

Excellent séjour : petit déjeuner très bon et varié, personnel réactif, logement propre avec serviettes changées chaque jour. La proximité de l’arrêt de bus pour rejoindre Manhattan est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

The problems we did have were addressed in a timely manner

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for 2 days. The location is good, and you can easily get to Manhattan by bus. However, the comfort and condition of the rooms were very poor. The hotel is very old, and the bathroom/toilet area opens into the room with a window, which was uncomfortable. I booked a family room, but we still could not use it comfortably. During the night, I could hear flushing sounds from another room’s toilet and woke up twice because of the noise.

The price was also really expensive. Later, I moved to another hotel with similar features, including breakfast, for about one-third of the price. In particular, the young bearded man working at the reception was very rude and had an unpleasant attitude. The breakfast was not bad, and the cleanliness was average.

Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
