Très bien
Pros:

La propreté, le confort de la literie, le personnel très gentil et le calme de l’hôtel.

De plus l’hôtel est très beau si vous cherchez un hôtel loin de la foule de Marrakech cst l’hôtel parfait pour se reposer.

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel nous pensions trouver dans le village des petits snacks mais il n’y a rien mise à part une petite épicerie.

Pros:

Établissement très calme un peu loin du centre.
Le plus gros manquement est d'avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre ainsi que la wifi le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez copieux.
Merci au serveur hicham ainsi qu'aux filles du hammam et les femmes de ménage 😊
L'hôtel serait vraiment parfait avec une petite rénovation.

Everything was great, including the warm welcome we received. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they couldn't have been more attentive. They kindly allowed us to keep our baby's milk in the fridge, and they even gave our baby a banana to eat, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The swimming pool was large and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is spacious and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it was only available in the public areas. I also didn't like the location—it was difficult to find, and there were no restaurants nearby, which made it a bit inconvenient. In addition, the food prices at the hotel were higher than those in the city center.

Pros:

Je suis habituée à cet endroit. Si habitué que les hôtels plus classieux ne m’intéressent pas. Je veux revenir que là c’est l’endroit où je me sens le mieux à Marrakech. Le personnel est toujours au top. Il n’a pas changé depuis des années. Je veux en dire plus de bien mais je souhaite garder cet endroit pour moi 🤪🤩

Quelques manques à nos attentes
Pros:

La beauté de la casbah trop excentrée quand même

Cons:

Le manque de fraîcheur, pas de réfrigérateur ds chambre, pas de tv.. il faisait très chaud y compris ds la casbah

Un véritable petit havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer
Pros:

Très belle kasbah. Piscine immense et très agréable. Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et aux petits soins.
Nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant, les briouates sont excellents.

Cons:

L’hôtel est assez isolé et il y a peu de restaurants ou de services à proximité, ce qui est un peu dommage.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel calme et bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Petit hôtel très calme situé dans au cœur d'un village marocain, à 1/2 h de Marrakech. Typique et rustique ( pas de bling-bling! mais des matériaux traditionnels). Tout le personnel est agréable, serviable et des bons conseils. Restaurant sur place avec une carte marocaine et européenne. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. La navette gratuite ( 2 AR/jour) est pratique, sinon la réception se charge de vous réserver un taxi ( même compagnie que la navette)à vos frais. Convient tout à fait pour un séjour au calme , en étant à proximité des visites de Marrakech et des excursions aux alentours.

Cons:

Je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel pour un séjour avec des jeunes enfants par manque de structure ludiques à la piscine et d'espace pour qu'ils puissent courir à leur aise, sans gêner la tranquillité des vacanciers.
