Hôtel bon marché, à juste titre
Pros:

L'intérieur de l'hôtel est vraiment très réussi, dans la tradition des vieux Riad Marocains.
La climatisation fonctionne

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé dans un bidonville à 35-40 minutes de Marrakech, il est donc entouré de "favelas".
La restauration est médiocre
Pas de télévision
Le coq dès 5h du matin... bof

Não é a experiência mais agradável
Pros:

É bom ter o restaurante com pequeno-almoço, almoço, jantar e lanches, pois devido a estar tão isolado, sem esta opção era impensável ficar neste hotel. Outra coisa positiva é ter 2 transfers gratuitos para a cidade. São cerca de 35 minutos entre o hotel e a cidade.
Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos.

Cons:

É realmente bastante isolado. Ao chegar sentimos que estamos a ser enganados pelo motorista, pois o local é realmente degradante.
Ficámos no quarto literalmente em frente à receção. Era constante o barulho, foi péssimo. O colchão não era nada confortável, e a zona do duche alagou cada vez que tomámos banho, chegando a água até à zona da cama. Este problema não foi resolvido.
A roupa de cama não estava limpa.

Das Hotel ist orientalisch eingerichtet.. tolle Ecken zum Sitzen.. u.a die Dachterrasse.. Alles in allen sehr toll alles, beinahe wie in einem Museum.. und hat's mega gut gefallen

A truly unique, beautiful and scenic home away from home with amazing staff.
Pros:

The architecture and layout was exceptional. There were large indoor/outdoor spaces to relax and unwind including the poolside. It was very tranquil and peaceful. Indoors was always cool, however central heating available.

Cons:

I absolutely loved everything. The staff was friendly, always available to assist with whatever the need…. We felt at home.

Le personnel reste agréable mais l’incident de l’accueil a malheureusement donné le ton à mon séjour

Un très bel hôtel, piscine , chambre décoré à l’image du Maroc

Cons:

On m’a fait patienter presque 1h dans le haul sans que personne ne me prenne en charge. J’ai du mois même les sollicité de nouveau pour enfin être prise en charge. Le wifi est uniquement dans les parties communes. Impossible de se relaxer au chaud dans les chambres. Prévoir absolument des activités extérieures.
