Hotel daje duzo prywatnosci i miejsc do wypoczynku w obiekcie. Mocno klimatyczny, super kolory , fajnie urzadzony i bardzo gustownie. Piekny Riad Codzienne sprzatanie pokoju

Cons:

Nieustajacy zapach kanalizacji w pokoju. Wypadajace kontakty i gniazdka, brak wieszakow na ubrania, cieknaca raczka prysznicowa. Kiepskie poduszki. Kiepski dojazd od glownej drogi. W naszym pokoju zero internetu.

Notre séjour était incroyable
Pros:

Le personnel est génial
L’établissement nous plonge vraiment dans l’esprit marocain
La navette prévue aller-retour et les taxis à disposition, il suffit juste de demander au personnel et il s’occupe de tout

Fantastisch!! Voor herhaling vatbaar!!!
Pros:

Het eten was voortreffelijk. We hebben iedere dag in het restaurant van het hotel gegeten.
Personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam.
1 van de personeelsleden heeft zelfs onze huurauto voor ons gewassen op de dag van vertrek.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was minder goed verzorgt en er zat af en toe wel eens vogelpoep op een tafel omdat er vogeltjes binnen rond vliegen.

Semaine dépaysante sous le soleil marocain.
Pros:

La disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'ensemble des personnels. Hôtel plein de charme et suffisamment à distance de Marrakech pour ne pas subir foule et Klaxons.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre en façade de l'hôtel. Pour la vue c'est très bien par contre toutes les nuits des chiens aboient régulièrement. Sur une semaine, nous n'avons pas pu faire une nuit complète sans être réveillé plusieurs fois. Ou alors il faut dormir avec des bouchons d'oreille.

Headline: WARNING: Health Hazard and Dishonest Management!

Do not book this place unless you want to risk your health. We found visible mold in the rooms and the air was filled with toxic fumes from burning plastics outside. The conditions were so uninhabitable that we did not stay even for one night.

The management is extremely dishonest. The receptionist/manager explicitly confirmed on video that we would receive a full refund due to these conditions. However, once we left, they lied to Booking.com and refused to return our money.

We have full photo and video evidence of the mold, the toxic smoke, and the staff's verbal agreement to a refund. This place is a scam and a health hazard. Avoid at all costs!

Hôtel très typique un accueil et service parfait, personnels au petit soin toujours là pour nous rendre service. Restauration parfaite à des prix raisonnables. Un peu éloigné de Marrakech mais endroit très calme et service de navette gratuite très ponctuel je recommande a 100/100

Initial turn off is easy to miss, but aim for and follow the quad bikes, there’s a quad hire place very near the entrance area.

We arrived in the evening and as we entered the decor in the entrance was beautiful

As we got to reception a young man welcomed us he showed us around as he was showing us around he kept asking us if we smoked cannabis (morrocan hash) and we don't but didnt feel comfatable right from the start , we then went to the restaurant and we ate some food.Food was was ok. The young guy still at the bar waiting for us to eat we stayed that evening the next day we went for a walk to see some scenery ,,,, there was nothing around it felt like a war zone ,, we did not feel safe at all ..we then packed our stuff and left. we was meant to stay for 3 nights. They didn't speak much English. So it was our first time visiting morrocco and it didn't start off a very good way.we soon moved hotels and had the best welcoming. Gutted is an understatement

Pros:

Accoglienza e disponibilità, siamo arrivati a mezzanotte, ci hanno aspettati e offerto un buon tè.
Il luogo è un po' fuori mano ma merita assolutamente un soggiorno in tutta tranquillità.
Ampia piscina.
Ampio terrazzo con vista sulle montagne dell'Atlante.
Camera grande, pulita e in stile, ben curato.
Colazione e pranzo ok.
Dovevamo lasciare la camera a mezzogiorno ma l'abbiamo lasciata alle 19 quando ci hanno accompagnati in aeroporto.
Ci ritornerò.

Bel établissement dans un quartier à l'abandon...
Pros:

Hôtel joliment décoré dans le style Marocain. Le personnel est accueillant et très disponible. La piscine est propre et de grande taille

Cons:

Pas de télévision dans la chambre et la climatisation trop bruyante en raison du moteur qui se trouvait juste à coté de la fenêtre dépourvue de double vitrage. Aucun accès au wifi depuis notre chambre également. L'hôtel est éloigné de tout et se trouve dans un quartier très défavorisé, peu engageant avec quelques nuisances sonores et olfactives.
