Rien les photos sont trompeuses on n'y est même pas resté 10 min la chambre ne contient même pas de fenêtres

Cons:

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une expérience extrêmement décevante. L'atmosphère était déprimante au point que nous n'avons même pas pu y rester plus de dix minutes. Lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement, notre demande a été ignorée, ce qui ajoute à la frustration de cette expérience. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Le personnel est tellement gentil, réactif, respectueux. Ils vont faire leur mieux.
La piscine était trop bien.
Le nettoyage des chambres TOP.

Cons:

1. Le petit déjeuner est pas suffisant, trop petit de quantité, toujours c'est vide et il faut demander au personnel. Le petit déj manque les fruits, les légumes, des olives bref, il y a pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner honnêtement.
2. Il y a tellement des insectes, des moustiques et des mouches que tu peux pas juste rester tranquille. Il faut essayer de trouver une solution pour ça.
3. Pendant la canicule de Marrakech, c'est bien d'avoir une navette climatisé. La navette était pas climatisé.

1. يقع الفندق على مسافة بعيدة عن مركز المدينة، حيث تستغرق الرحلة بالسيارة ما بين 25 إلى 30 دقيقة للوصول إليه.

2. يتواجد الفندق في قرية صغيرة تفتقر إلى الخدمات الأساسية مثل المطاعم ومحلات البقالة القريبة.

3. تُظلم القرية والطرقات المحيطة بها ليلاً، مما قد يثير بعض القلق..

4. يُعتبر الإفطار متواضعًا بعض الشيء، نظرًا لاستهدافه بشكل أساسي للنزلاء الفرنسيين.

5. خدمة الإنترنت غير متاحة داخل الغرف، وتقتصر على المناطق المشتركة فقط.

6. إذا كنت تبحث عن العزلة وعدم الحاجة إلى مغادرة الفندق، فقد يكون هذا الموقع مناسبًا لك.

أما إذا كنت تفضل سهولة الوصول إلى الخدمات والمرافق، فأنصحك بالبحث عن خيارات إقامة داخل المدينة.

La posizione della camera....dava su un pollaio....galline che facebano chiasso tutto il giorno

Nous avons aimé l'authenticité du riad . L'accueil et le service de l'ensemble du personnel. La navette gratuite pour se rendre à Marrakech. La cuisine nous a convenu dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié les équipements vieillissants ( fauteuils , chaises)
Le manque de variété du petit déjeuner, pas de fruits frais.
Les nuits bruyantes , chiens , coqs mais l'hôtel n'en est pas responsable.
