La ubicación, comodidad y tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos una habitación de calidad superior
Pedimos dos desayunos para llevar, uno de ellos para un vegano y le pusieron un bocadillo de tomate y queso mozarella junto a un yogurt y algo de fruta... Osea que no entendieron lo que puede comer un vegano y no pudo comer nada salvo la manzana y un zumo

Our flight arrived late into Zagreb so we planned an overnight stay at BW and not drive the 2-hours to Opatija. Quiet, free parking and breakfast included.

EL desayuno no es lo mejor, tardaban mucho en reponer los productos que faltaban y en algunos casos ni siquiera se reponían.

We upgraded to a larger room which was nice.

There were only 2 tissues in the box which I used expecting it to be replenished when the room was cleaned the next day - sadly not. Also toilet paper was not replaced either.

I liked the price/value ratio. The hotel is perfect if you want to get free parking, not bad breakfast, the rooms have everything. It's a little socialist retro, stuff is ok, nothing exceptional but I'm happy with the choice. They have REV points use witch gives me the idea of saving money.
The stuff on the reception seems like trying to judge and give rooms based on their opinion for the client
