beautiful location and facilities. pool a bit old.

Cons:

reception staff is underprepared as we arrived and they could not correctly communicate with the security staff to recognize our reservation and immediately let us in. we had to call to the reception and at first they stated we did not have a valid reservation and suggesting it was a mistake or scam. unpleasant situation as we arrived 11pm and had to deal with this and then wait outside on our car after they finally realized it was a valid reservation and enabling us inside the residence.

My family and I had a truly special experience at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Nadia. The views were incredible. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. It is a Marriott which we didn't know. Everything was just so intimate and special. Really great stay.
