My stay was great and staff was accommodating in letting me have a late check out.

Very uncomfortable and disappointing

Cons:

Room was not cleaned well at all. Hair, dirt, blood stains on couch. Bathroom counter had been wiped down and fresh towels and that’s about it. Shower was gross, looks like someone cut their hair or shaved and their hair was all over the handles on the drawers in the bathroom, dust dirt and hair in corners and along the walls. Sticky spills on the tv stand and stand that goes in front of couch. I could really relax or rest because I felt grungy. It was too late to leave and we were too exhausted to deal with it. We weren’t created when we walked in. We weren’t even told where to go or where the elevators were or anything we walked around with our luggage to find where we were going so we didn’t annoy the lady at the desk who seemed to be annoyed. Our room was supposed to have a microwave( I checked because we bought food to microwave) and there was none. Just one in the lobby that wasn’t clean. Thankful we could use it though or we would t have e had food. Unfortunately it was a bad stay and not a place I would recommend. It’s very expensive to stay in a hotel these days and you’d almost rather sleep in your car and save the money then feel super grossed out and not want to step on the floor or sit on the couch or shower in a space you just spent over $100 on. Honestly it’s not right. I can’t find a way to contact the property besides a chat that I sent a message to and received no reply back.

We were here for a college graduation and neede a motel close by the airport and not to expensive.
Pros:

quiet location close to the airport and a good price.

Cons:

Our first room was for hadicapped and was not comfortable because of the shower for a wheel chair. We could not open the blackout curtains. The coffee in the breakfast was like hot water.

Room and lobby were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, when I checked in, I was told that they had discontinued the shuttle service to the airport, which was still listed on their website when I booked. So, I had to make other arrangements to get to the airport early the next morning.
