Bedroom 4 Star, Hotel entrance 1 Star, Staff 5 Star.
Pros:

5 star staff. Very professional and excellent greetings. The bedroom was lovely and so comfortable.

Cons:

The entrance, both of them. The original is so dilapidated and annoying to see a period entrance look like a 1 Star hotel. Disjointed, job lot furniture, ridiculous plates over the fireplace. The expression comes to mind, 'fur coat, no ...'. T bedroom toiletries could do with moisturizer.

Nice but could be better
Pros:

Close to wear I needed to be

Cons:

The inside was kind of shabby. Feels like the whole hotel needs a bit of an investment to improve it. Lovely grounds and lots of potential but it’s a bit dated and unloved feeling
