EXCELLENT STAY WITH FANTASTIC SERVICE
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Coast Langley City Hotel. The location is ideal, offering plenty of parking and easy walking distance to local cafes, restaurants, and shops. 

Our check-in experience was smooth. Although we originally booked a double queen room, the staff was incredibly flexible and pleasant when we requested an upgrade to a King room with a city view. They accommodated us immediately without any issues. 

The room itself was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. It was well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, as well as an iron. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, though it is worth noting there is no bidet in the bathroom. 

Housekeeping was a highlight—the attendant was very friendly and proactively provided extra bottled water and coffee. While the breakfast room has a limited menu (primarily basic toast, eggs, and coffee), the server was lovely and made the experience pleasant. Overall, a great choice for comfort and convenience. 🥰❤️🇨🇦

6 comfortable night stay in a clean room means I’ll be back.
Pros:

A good central Langley location.
The staff are great and the casino has a 24/7 security person which adds a sense of security.
Every time housekeeping did their cleanup they left 2 bottles of water which worked well in the coffee machine or to take with me.
The bar fridge was adequate.
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

There is loads of parking.

Cons:

It would seem that the hotel relies on the casino to offer breakfast options which are not included in the price. There is a Tom Hortons and Starbucks not too far away if you have budget constraints.
I was in a third floor room down the hall from the elevator but something with the room pressure ensured that when the elevators were operating the air was pushed through the door making a low, almost howling, sound which was as more noticeable at night. It wasn’t loud necessarily-just consistent. I tried opening the room window to see if that would help but it do not.
The lack of a microwave in the room was noticeable-I did know when booking that it wouldn’t have one so that’s on me-just be prepared.

I was very disappointed because there were no smart TV’s in the rooms.

I didn’t have breakfast

Cons:

I totally dislike the fact that there were no smart TV’s. How can a property of that size not have smart TV’s? I had to watch my programs on my phone throughout my 4 day stay which was not fun. I was very disappointed!! Please change all the TV in the rooms to smart TV and you’ll get better ratings.

Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Staff was nice. Fairly clean.

Cons:

The pet fee. no mention of this prebooking. The neighborhood. Lots of homeless and mentally unstable people walking around the property.
