Convenience, good price, good amenities and good meal.
Coffee machine didnt work. The tv was really dark and they dont allow you to adjust. Also, non of the channels displayed what was on. Spent half the night trying to find something to watch. We were located at the back of the hotel looking at a dirty alley , right above a REALLY NOISY A/C machine.
We had a truly wonderful stay at the Coast Langley City Hotel and I can't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, with loads of parking and an easy walk to local cafes, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was quick and painless. We had booked a double queen but asked about switching to a King with a city view, and the staff were so flexible and friendly, sorting it out for us right away with no fuss at all. The room was spacious, spotless, and full of natural light, plus it had tea and coffee stuff and an iron. Heating and air con worked great, though there's no bidet in the bathroom if that matters to you. Housekeeping was a real highlight, the attendant was lovely and kept us stocked with extra water and coffee without us even asking. The breakfast room has a fairly limited menu, mostly basic toast, eggs, and coffe, but the server was so nice that it didn't bother us. Overall a very excellent choice for comfort and convenience, we'll definitely be back.

The breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced
The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the building was lovely. Check in was super easy too, I like how easy it was booking through the app and then checking in.
Our room had a bad view, which normally is no big deal as I understand that no every room is going to be great but unfortunately we must have been under a service room or something. It was so incredibly loud, there was thumping and sounded like things rolling across the floor above us. I went down to reception to inquire and she said she would deal with it but everyone seemed to have a different answer as to what was above us. It quieted a bit after 10:30 but still sounds here and there. It made for a tough sleep.

The air conditioner is kind of loud, but the weather was ok so we turned it off.
The location is great and the food options were good too.
