The kitchen in the room , dish washer was very dirty had stone build up and was falling a part. Dishes were dusty

Pros:

Breakfast was great and staff were very nice. Hotel is extremely welcoming to pets and pet owners and kids.

Pros:

Convenient location, nice staff, enjoyed having living room, kitchenette, and the 2 bedrooms.

Could use a little updating - pretty worn furniture, but seemed clean.

I liked how kind the front staff were!

Cons:

There was mold everywhere in the shower.

I hit my leg on a RANDOM piece of metal sticking out from the side of the bed. I was there to take the bar exam, so I was willing to take whatever accommodations, as I was mentally tired and preoccupied.

The exam is over… now, in hindsight. I would NEVER stay there. The treadmills didn’t even work???? Why advertise a “fitness” center.

Pros:

We reserved a 2 bed queen room and they put us in a 1 bed king room and did not care because we booked from a third party they said I would have to take it up with the third party I booked through. Very frustrating traveling and not getting the beds you paid for after long day of travel and activities. The hotel was nice the lady at the front desk was not helpful at all all she kept saying was you need to contact the third party they couldn't do anything. With all this happening makes me wonder if its worth it to use booking for my reservation. Also the hot tub didn't work

Our stay was relaxing and rejuvenating
Pros:

Joseph and Ebony were both so warm and accommodating when we checked in! We loved the pool, hot tub, gym, and the room was super comfy.

Hot tub little store and the room… no thanks to your company booking.com

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like about the property other than you guys screwed me and I had to rent it myself. My complaint is against Booking.com.

Great stay
Pros:

I've stayed here twice and both times my experience was the same. Check-in was fast and easy. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
