It was close to the hospital where we needed to go

They said a pool was open but didnt tell us that we had to walk thru a construction zone to get to it.

Our room had a patio access to the terrace and outdoor pool, however it was under construction so we could not access it.

I’d like to start by saying Iman has been exceptional in assisting me with any and all questions or needs during my stay. The property is very well maintained, and the entire staff is courteous and always willing to help when needed. I highly recommend this place and truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality. This hotel provides a great location for accessing all areas in around Carmel and North Indianapolis. The staff is always readily available and eager to help.
The hotel was clean, nice and the staff was awesome. Oman and Joseph were very friendly and helpful.
The location, the pool
The kitchen in the room , dish washer was very dirty had stone build up and was falling a part. Dishes were dusty
Breakfast was great and staff were very nice. Hotel is extremely welcoming to pets and pet owners and kids.
Hot tub was broken and pool was too cold to swim in.
Convenient location, nice staff, enjoyed having living room, kitchenette, and the 2 bedrooms.
