Excellent Hospitality, Spacious suite Room , Beautiful Sunrise Views, and Great Location

Thank you very much for the complimentary room upgrade. Special thanks to the senior lady at the front desk for her warm hospitality and excellent service.

The suite was spacious and offered a beautiful sea view, allowing us to enjoy a stunning sunrise in the morning. The public parking lot is conveniently located close to the hotel, and the ferry port for the Cinque Terre villages is only a five-minute walk away.

The breakfast was also very good, providing a great start to each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Room was clean and big enough but we were on the top floor and it always feels like we are shoved out the way when using booking.com
The facilities were ok, no pool or spa (shame), and a bit away from the foody parts of town. Head toward the station for the livelier areas. roof bar was ok but the best seats always seemed to be reserved for someone else who never turned up...
Very good access for the ferry to the Cinque Terre (about 5 minutes) and 15-20 minutes to the station.

Cons:

the staff access doors slam every 5 minutes!

It was close to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and public transport. Everyone that works there are very helpful and kind in every aspect. Would definitely have no hesitation in staying again. Best breakfast ever as well, with so much to choose from. You definitely won’t go hungry.

Really enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

The location was very good, overlooking the harbour and port. Very easy to access the ferries to the cinque terre villages. Also the breakfasts were good with plenty of choice. Gluten free options were easily available.

Cons:

I would suggest to improve my stay would be to add the ability to make a hot drink in the room. There was no kettle.
