Super experience. To be repeated.
Pros:

I was lucky as I received a room upgrade and was also provided with a parking permit, without which I might not have found a spot to park nearby. The location was easy to find and very central - where I needed to go was only a short walk away. The room was superb: comfortable bed, roomy bathroom and facilities including a robe and slippers as well as the usual beauty accessories.
Breakfast was excellent - a good range of dishes, from sweet to savoury and the breakfast room overlooked the gardens towards the sea. All of the staff were super kind and helpful, from the moment I stepped inside the hotel to the time I checked out, and even beyond as I was able to leave my bag there for the whole afternoon. I'm super satisfied and couldn't ask for a better experience. I'd really recommend NH La Spezia to everyone, whether on business or on holiday.

It was a business trip. As per international travel standards the Hotel is very much up to the mark.
Pros:

Room Cleanliness and comfort was amazing. Good service and warm pleasantries by the Staff.

Cons:

window size is very small and view is very restricted. could have been better. Window location is at very corner. Additional in room coffee maker would have been enjoyable.
