Les personnes à l'accueil sont agréables, gentilles, à l'écoute, efficaces et donnent toutes les informations nécessaires pour que le séjour soit confortable. Nous avons été surclassés sans supplément, dans une très belle chambre. De l'eau est à disposition dans les chambres.

Cons:

Bien qu'il y ait des panneaux pour inciter au silence, des hôtes ont été très bruyants au 6e étage où nous dormions : à minuit et à 5h du matin. Nous avons conscience que ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel.
