Chouette logement
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bains sympa. Juste la fenêtre donnant sur un passage donc soit le rideau tiré et donc sombre ou alors visible depuis l'extérieur. Heureusement qu'il y avait la climatisation. Bonne localisation, proche à pied du centre.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins.
Confort de la chambre. Vue splendide sur la baie de Santa Margherita. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et de grande qualité.

Cons:

Un seul bémol, les cloisons sont très fines et on est gênés par les conversations des voisins.

Nice view let down by decaying hotel building
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk to the waterfront. The swimming pool is very nice. Check-in was easy and the staff very attentive.

Cons:

Part of the hotel charm is its retro design, but it is desperately in need of an update. Electrical wires were exposed in our bathroom, tiles missing or joinery misligned to the point it looked like a hotel referb gone very wrong. For the price we expected a better standard, compared to the other hotels we stayed in Italy for a similar cost.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir sind mit Hund gereist, keine Probleme, kostet zehn Euro die Nacht und damit okay.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz kostet 20 € pro Nacht, was wir etwas viel empfinden.

The hotel tries to get maximum payment for minimum offer

Bad service. Room suitable for 2-3 stars.
Shower too small even for a child.
Breakfast tables are not set by the staff.
No proper parking place although the expensive charge.
Car charging point location not illuminated and the place is taken by parked cars.
Staff not polite.

Très bon déjeuner, lit confortable et très belle vue sur la marina.

Cons:

La couleur verte de la piscine. Même si le préposé nous a indiqué que c’était baignable, nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. Cette couleur n’est pas très invitante.

Great location and value.Hotel could use a bit of polish.
Pros:

The location was great for what we needed. The ocean view from our room was spectacular. The room size and balcony were great as well.

Cons:

The hotel appeared a bit run down. The pool water was green and not swimmable which was extremely disappointing. I understand when we stayed was towards the end of the peak season, but it would have been nice to go for a swim whenever we wanted too. Also the bar closed permanently when we were there for the same reason.
