Amazing hotel! We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from our room was incredible, and watching the sunrise over the sea from the terrace was just beautiful. 🌅

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great. We loved the pool, bar, restaurant and especially the terrace with the view of the port.

We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to come back. If we’re in Palma again, we’ll definitely stay here! ❤️

Cons:

The hotel is located quite high up, so you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the street. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage.

El servicio, tienen un gran personal. Fueron muy atentos y agradables.

Mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria, principalmente por la gestión de la habitación.

Después de realizar la reserva, recibí posteriormente un correo en el que se ofrecía la posibilidad de elegir/asignar determinadas habitaciones mediante un suplemento, lo que da la sensación de que se presenta un “escaparate” de opciones adicionales una vez realizada la reserva.

Además, al llegar al alojamiento, se me asignó una habitación de una categoría inferior a la que había reservado y pagado. Tuve que reclamar para que se corrigiera la situación. Finalmente, me cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente, pero tuve que dejar la habitación por la mañana, a las 11:00, y esperar hasta que hubiera otra disponible.

Esto supuso una pérdida importante de tiempo y me impidió organizar y disfrutar del día con normalidad. Considero que, si se ha reservado y pagado una determinada categoría de habitación, debería asignarse directamente esa categoría, sin que el cliente tenga que reclamar ni perder parte de su estancia para conseguir aquello que ya había contratado.

Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, buena piscina, barra de tragos, música.
Nosotros tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestra habitación e inmediatamente lo solucionaron con empatía, calidez y profesionalismo. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad que en todo momento tuvieron Alicia, Laura y Francisco.
Nostras fuimos con auto y cerca del hotel siempre había lugar para estacionar.

Väldigt trevlig personal på boendet som gjorde vistelsen smidig. Trevliga rum med bra AC samt fin pool. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Var tyvärr lite myror på badrummet. Men städarna försökte sitt bästa med att få bort dom.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très copieux, musique l'après midi par un DJ au bord de la piscine, très bonne ambiance, chambre confortable mais pas très insonorisé.
