Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis total daneben.
Pros:

sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Aussichten von der Terrasse. Man kann auch schön Richtung Landeinwärts mit tollen Ausblicken laufen. Man kann auch zwischendurch gut eine Pizza essen. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat für diesen Preis Null Komfort. Alte Einrichtung aus den 70ern. Noch nicht einmal ein Wasserkocher - Kühlschrank vorhanden, doch leer. Der Weg zum Zimmer im Hotel ist Abenteuerlich: auf und abwärts. Das Hotel ist von der Hauptstrasse zu Fuß nur über Treppen 15 min. oder Straße Serpentin 25 min. zu erreichen. Ein Teil des Hotels steht leer und ist Baufällig.

Cons:

Waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, mussten unsere schweren Koffer Treppen runtertragen.
Das Zimmer war ok.
Die Bettdecke hatte leider irgendwelche Flecken, wurde zwar ausgetauscht jedoch kam keine Entschuldigung als wäre es "normal".
Des weiteren waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Straßenlärm war selbst bei verschlossenen Fenster deutlich zu hören!

Frühstück war ok, gute Auswahl für alle was dabei.

Für eine Nacht OK, länger würde ich dort nicht schlafen wollen.
