Pros:

Beach is aways amazing, Staff always happy and helpful. Kids had a great time. We loved this time we could see the ocean from the balcony. Gym and amenities were impecable, the pool area and playground were clean.

Cons:

There is no 'hot tub/spa' anymore, we were very sab about that.
We stayed in the old building and the rooms are so tight, we rented 2 rooms to fit 4 adults, 4 kids and a small dog, but have breakfast at one appartment and it was chaotic.

Good location, could use some updating
Pros:

I love the proximity to the beach and the size of the rooms. There are also multiple pools and onsite entertainment for families with small children. The gym is clean and has some decent equipment.

Cons:

One of the showers was out of order in our room, with no warning at check in time. We found out when we got into the room. Also the freezer and refrigerator had a strong fish smell and didn’t seem cleaned out at all. It didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well at all. The rooms had no washer/dryers when the rooms in buildings on previous stays did. There is laundry on site, but only two locations for the entire resort making it difficult for families.

Pros:

The room was closer to being a whole apartment. Very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

We didn't know they had sold half the hotel and many of the mentioned activities were no longer available.
