Cons:

The splash pad was closed for the 2nd summer in a row. Our units lay dry room had 1 washer down and 0 AC. I went to another units wash house and it had AC blasting and 4 functional washer/ dryers 🙌

Definitely our new go to place for family vacation.
Pros:

The beach access and having multiple pool options. It was also super close a ton of walkable restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The elevator in our building did not have AC and that was crazy in the summer heat.

Will be back!
Pros:

Great stay! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and it’s just a short walk to the beach.

The kids loved the three pools, always clean, never crowded, and perfect for playing all day. The beach was amazing too—beautiful sand and not many people, super relaxing.

This was our second year here and we’ll definitely be back!

Second time here, would stay again!
Pros:

Close beach access, very friendly staff, issues fixed quickly, everything you need is in the kitchen, quiet, close to attractions, clean pools, hidden dumpsters,

Cons:

I had to reach out to the staff because there wasn't any hot water in the shower. Turns out the hot/cold plumbing in the shower was reversed. There were many 'soft' spots in the floor where you sink down when you step on it.

Location was perfect. It is right by the beach and plenty of stores, restaurants, etc near by.

Cons:

Extremely outdated on the outside. Room we had was really small. I thought the room was going to be the same as last year which had a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms but they sold that property. So the room we had was not that. It was cramped in every room. Bathroom was small with little to no room on the sink. The pullout couch blocked the door from being opened all the way. The people upstairs were so loud and stomping all night and early morning. Our phone didnt work. Found two cockroaches on the floor. It was a complete disappointment from the room we had the previous year.
