Great location and clean space, fiendly staff but would not stay there in the summer.
Pros:

The room was a good size for one person with a good bed and shower.

Cons:

It was extremely hot in the room and the fan did not do anything to cool the tiny room. it was impossible to sleep.

La camera era pulita e ben tenuta.
Il punto di forza dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione, davvero ottima: si trova a pochi passi dal Moulin Rouge e in una zona comoda per visitare Parigi.

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera era davvero troppo piccola per quattro persone. Non c’era spazio sufficiente per aprire comodamente tutte le valigie e mancava anche un armadio, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno abbastanza scomodo.

Pros:

It was spotless, beds were comfy. Breakfast was great, a good choice and fresh pastries. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money in a fantastic location near Abesses metro station, 10 min walk to moulin rouge, 20 min walk to sacre coeur. Restaurants and conveniences nearby, lovely atmosphere on streets around. Lovely view out of our large window over the courtyard from our room.

Cons:

Rooms were a little small, but perfect for a short stay. Only possible negative, this will be our first choice in future for a return to Paris.
