Pros:

The only thing I would make better is the thermostat is really confusing and I'm not sure I ever really was able to increase the heat in the room.

Decent choice for business stay

Good location, however street parking is time limited and hotel parking can be full.

Too hot and not clean enough
Pros:

Room was full of cobwebs, AC did not work, called front desk at 3 in the morning which they informed me that they controlled the temperature from the front desk, but did not inform this during check in? And they only made the room slightly colder it was still too hot to get a good nights sleep. Okay for 1 night but would not recommend for any longer stay.

Sehr schön eingerichtet und ordentlich. Rezpetion ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen! :) Auch der Standort ist perfekt wenn man mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt von Düsseldorf fahren will.

Decent place, a lot of potential, a few bad points
Pros:

Decent hotel room but not share with non-romantic people as the shower is open and exposed to the whole room including the entrance.
The TV is very small and looks to be from 2005. Next to the TV there were exposed wires !
When i searched for a hotel i made sure to enable the option / marker that the search only should include hotels with a restaurant but when i got to the hotel they did not have a restaurant, or well it was not open which was not disclosed at the time of booking the stay.

The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice outdoor relaxing couch area and a bar. Unfortunately that area is right outside a lot of the rooms so it can be noisy and the smell of people smoking can enter the hotel room.

Too bad with all these things :-/

Ich habe hier nun zum 3. mal vorm Abflug übernachtet. Das letzte Mal nach der Umfirmierung von "Precise" zu "Four Hotel".
Jedesmal war ich sehr zu frieden! Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang wie auch im Restaurant/Servicebereich. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben Schallschutzfenster. Die Dusche ist zwar zum Zimmer hin offen aber sie ist für die Privatsphäre im Glas mattiert. Das WC ist separat.
Ich hatte nie das Frühstück da mein Flug immer sehr früh ging und kann dazu nichts sagen. Beim letzten Aufenthalt hatte ich für mich und meine Gäste im Vorfeld eine Fingerfoodplatte und einen speziellen Rosewein zur Anreise bestellt und die Absprachen mit der äußerst engagierten und freundlichen Frau Käutner besprochen. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert und es blieben auch keine Wünsche offen. Meine Freunde buchen dort jetzt ebenfalls eine Übernachtung vor einem sehr frühen Flug.

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Hotel stark zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer waren deutliche Spinnweben zu sehen, was auf eine mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Zudem wirkte das Personal an der Rezeption überfordert und wenig hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend, da grundlegende Hygienestandards nicht eingehalten wurden. Ich würde dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Absoluter Durchschnitt. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders schön, eher klein und nicht makellos sauber. Eine gute Auswahl gab es beim Frühstück.
