En general el personal no se esfuerza en nada para atender a los huéspedes

Una pesadilla me quedé sin pasaportes , sin tarjetas de crédito sin plata sin sopas sin remedio caro que traía en hielo

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y predispuesto.
Pros:

La ubicacion es ideal, ya es la segunda vez que vamos y seguro volveremos! El personal es muy amable y estuvo siempre a disposición. El hotel esta muy bien mantenido y la habitacion que nos dieron era muy tranquila. El baño comodo, todo muy limpio. El desayuno es muy bueno!

Cons:

Me cuesta encontrar algo que no me haya gustado. Solo un detalle, en la puerta hay un puesto de bicicletas que hace un poco incomodo el estacionamiento para descargar las valijas.
