La habitación, recién reformada. Bonita, cómoda y luminosa. El personal de recepción muy atento, especialmente Alicia. Se ha preocupado por ayudarnos en todo lo que hemos necesitado y nos ha hecho sentir muy cómodas. Maravillosa!!!

Disappointed stay due to renovation that didn’t mentioned during booking

The location was great, the staff was also nice and tried to assist us

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation and did not mentioned it during reservation. It made the hotel dirty, noisy and the rooms with hard smell.

Hotel semplice ma con molta attenzione ai servizi offerti (es. acqua e caffè offerti nella hall al pomeriggio, possibilità di usufruirne anche dopo il check out in attesa della partenza). Staff della reception estremamente gentile e professionale.
Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città.
