Prix exhorbitant pour le manque de repos

La localisation est bien.

Cons:

La chambre que j’avais était très mal isolée. J’avais pris la chambre 902, donc l’une des plus chères de l’hôtel avec la terrasse. L’isolation fût l’une des pires que j’ai pu avoir… Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas complètement laissant ainsi passer les courants d’air mais le bruit extérieur. La porte est rehaussée de 3-4 cm laissant passer la lumière du couloir mais surtout les allées et venues des voisins qui vous réveilleront à n’importe quelle heure de la nuit.
Le pire reste l’isolation entre les chambres 901, 902 et 903, où vous aurez l’impression de la partager avec vos voisins tellement pourrez discerner tout ce qu’ils disent, mais aussi d’entendre tous ce qu’ils font, que ce soit dans les toilettes lors des divers besoins, ou bien évidemment dans la chambre pour d’autres raisons.
Je ne suis pas du genre à faire part de mon mécontentement, mais je n’ai vraiment pas passé un séjour agréable malgré les 300€/nuit depensés.
Le personnel reste néanmoins très gentil et la localisation top.

Una de las habitaciones recibidas era esquinera con vista sobre la Gran Vía.

La recepción dio la habitación mayor con vista sobre la Gran Vía a la persona sola. Y la habitación menor a la pareja.
