Disappointed stay due to renovation that didn’t mentioned during booking
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was also nice and tried to assist us

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation and did not mentioned it during reservation. It made the hotel dirty, noisy and the rooms with hard smell.

Pros:

Hotel semplice ma con molta attenzione ai servizi offerti (es. acqua e caffè offerti nella hall al pomeriggio, possibilità di usufruirne anche dopo il check out in attesa della partenza). Staff della reception estremamente gentile e professionale.
Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città.

Tal vez no sería mi opción al volver a Madrid.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta.
La amabilidad de su personal . Muy amables y queridos todos.

Cons:

1. El Desayuno no es muy variado . Los huevos del desayuno sabía raro toda mi familia los dejó . Por ende solo terminamos comiendo pan con mermelada y algo de fruta.
2. El hotel al parecer lo están remodelando sin embargo los pasillos son de aspecto antiguo y tiene un olor a viejo, a humedad.Reserve 3 habitaciones, en el 3er piso , de las 3 la única rescatable era la que daba hacia el exterior por la ventana que daba iluminación y no te sentías como asfixiado. La otras 2 daban hacia el interior, 1 de esas con una pequeña ventana básicamente no funcional porque ni luz ni ventilación generaba, tenía un olor a humedad y a viejo a guardado , bastante incómodo cosa que mencione para posibilidad de cambiarme de habitación pero no fue posible. Me ofrecían unas habitaciones saliendo del edificio del hotel a otro lado. Lo cual no era lógico ya que viajaba con más familia. Menos mal solo fue una noche porque ese olor no era agradable. Pero por el dinero que pagas no me parece la calidad.

La atención fue espectacular y el servicio es muy completo. El horario del check out es ideal y te ofrecen dejar las valijas y utilizar algunas instalaciones si lo necesitas post horario de check out sin que siquiera lo tengas que pedir, están en todas! La habitación y el baño son amplios y completos. También quisiera destacar la ubicación y el desayuno!
