Really nice hotel with good facilities and excellent location and breakfast
Pros:

Really good breakfast and the location is excellent. It is clean and the staff is super helpfull.

Cons:

It is very noisy - not from the street but from other hotel guests. The Doors and Walls are thin and our Room was right across from the elevator. I would ask for a different Room located quieter next time if possible.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente a Gran Via, extremamente prático para quem quer aproveitar com praticidade a região. Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos.

Cons:

Tivemos um pequeno contratempo no primeiro dia, mas a equipe conseguiu resolver de forma amigável.
