Hilton Garden Inn Albany

What a gem! Not only were the rooms well-appointed and comfortable, but the real experience was the staff. They were among the friendliest I have encountered. They were clearly committed to providing a warm welcome and a comfortable atmosphere. They remembered and kept track of me and my colleagues visiting from Michigan; we had a great meal in the restaurant; the live music was such a nice addition. Special shout out to Ann, Mrs. Floyd, Steph, Lee, Mr. Greg, Lammie, Trevor, and Jay. I can't remember the last time I was at a hotel where I interacted with such amazing staff. Keep up the great work , everybody! You made our visit special!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. What stands out the most is the restaurant and the customer service. I eat there almost every night that I stay there. The chefs, Mr. Greg and Jake, are excellent. The hostess, Mrs. Floyd is very sweet and always friendly.Ayanna and Ann are excellent servers and always make sure your food arrives hot and correct. For a special treat, on occasion, they have specials, which are always my go to when they have them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Always stay here when visiting Albany. Great location, service and atmosphere. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff has been so helpful. Ebony from the front desk was great helping me with the busness center and getting printing done when I was having trouble. Taylor at the front desk was helpful adjusting my reservations.
Had dinner in the restaurant and my server- Ann was wonderful the entire time. Friendly, great service, great suggestions for my meal. Mr. Greg the chef cooked everything to perfection.
Will definitely return.

The hotel staff were amazing and very accommodating. The restaurant staff were just as amazing. The food was excellent- definitely try the bourbon salmon for dinner and grits for breakfast!

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean and all of the employees were superb. Sandra stands out as the front desk employee. I came last minute to join family for a reunion and she helped to ensure I got a room. She also got a very minor issue with an outlet that wasn’t working fixed right away. She was always on top of everything and made you feel like family. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were a comfortable size, housekeeping was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast. They also have live music Thursdays and the hotel is directly across from a Ray Charles statue in a small park. It is also very walkable.

The staff serving breakfast was the best we've seen in quite some time. Ms. Floyd took time out of her busy morning to have a conversation and treated everyone with respect. We would definitely eat at this location again.

Everything was good and everyone was nice. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were nice.

The staff are the nicest kindest folks you will ever meet. I have stayed several times due to the staff. Once in a blizzard last year when they went way beyond with their hospitality. 5 star staff.

We were in town for the Christian Worldview Film Festival and had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially want to shoutout Sandra at the front desk and Tim & the team in the dining room.

The gym was VERY good for a smaller hotel. It had free weights up to 50 lb, cable machine, and even a Peleton bike. More than enough to keep your fitness up. Only disappointment would be that the pool no longer has a jacuzzi/hot tub — it’s cemented over :(

All in all, it was a fine stay, and I’d definitely book here again next time I’m back in town.

Taylor and everyone at the front desk were always very kind and helpful. Every employee I even walked by was so sweet. And the folks that run the restaurant and bar were Incredible. Shoutout to Jay who talk such sweet care of me. Thank you so much folks!

I selected this location for my Half Marathon at the Combos Marathon which was perfect...right by the start and finish line. Great customer service! I decided to stay and have brunch with my family the next day at the hotel. The food was delicious and the service was great. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Albany!

Best location for us running the marathon this weekend.

I loved the location which was great for my half marathon race. The staff was friendly, even the cleaning crew. My family and I stayed for brunch after I checked out and the food was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Albany. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was clean, updated, and had plenty of space. The mini fridge was nice and cold, which kept our water and snacks perfectly chilled.

A special thank you to our server Tony, Chef Mr. Wayne, and host Mama Brenda—they truly made our experience memorable. They made us feel spoiled and very well taken care of. Everyone was so kind, and the food was delicious!

We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. 😊
