Flint River Hotel Stay
Pros:

Great location located on the beautiful Flint River and walking trails. Downtown Albany has a lot of potential. The breakfast and service was great provided by Wayne & LaShonda. I will definitely use this location again.

An Unexpected and Pleasant Surprise
Pros:

I've been travelling for work staying at Hilton properties for about 3 years now, and so rarely do I ever have a hotel experience made so pleasant by the staff as I did at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albay. From check in to check out, every beat of my stay was met with courtesy, helpfulness, and professional pride. Thank you for such a memorable stay. Shout out to the kitchen and restaurant staff especially. Even though I was only there for breakfast, the host, servers, and chef were all spectacular and made me feel especially welcome. Keep doing an amazing job!

Pros:

This place is rxtremally worry free. Since when a situation appear they took care right the way. Front desk the clean group and the group that service is at breakfast place were amazing full of energy and respect and the chef Danielll made me the best meal I ordered. Again thank you for all. We will be back

Pleasantly Convenient
Pros:

I liked the location and its convenience to ASU which where I was heading.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the only entrance/exit at the time that was operational was the one in front. I also didn’t like the lack of parking near the front entrance which requires you to park in the back AND walk all the way to the front because the key cards don’t work after a certain time.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

There were used wash rags in the room from the previous guests and there was a fire alarm set off early in the morning causing panic.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Very friendly upscale hotel! Staff responds quickly to your needs.
You won’t have to to leave the hotel for good food, because the food is excellent,
CHEF JAY makes a delicious, fresh Cobb Salad.

Short Stay but Awesome Experience...

Overall experience was nothing short of excellent. A special heartfelt thanks to Ebony at the front desk and the restaurant staff. Shonda and Steph provided excellent dining experience and chef Tone food was amazing. Me and my family appreciate your effort and service.
