Cheap but not worth it.
Pros:

Check in was great with the female staff who let us in. Nice and friendly saying if we needed anything to let them know. The location is a good one, easy to get to and find. The lobby was the cleanest part of the building.

Cons:

The male staff was rude, we were three people in a room, two adults and a child. They gave 3 flat pillows total, when we asked for more they argued about it saying it was enough pillows and acted like I was asking them to make the pillows by hand and deliver them with white gloves. The beds had divots in them, not small ones but like ones made over 10 years, ones where people slept previously so it made a canyon with a giant lump in the middle. You could see where paint was put to cover up damages that were not fixed. The floors were dirty, with both dust and what I could only decern as rat droppings, when I told the staff they yelled at me saying the room was clean before we got there. Insinuating that we were the cause.

Pros:

The room was big and very clean. We checked for bugs and found none, every surface seemed clean, the room was nice and well decorated, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Also one of the only hotels we could find that would check in someone under 21. They were flexible and got us a room the same night we showed up. Also had free coffee so that was nice

Cons:

The bedsheets aren't very thick. They have three blankets but all are fairly thin. would recommend bringing an extra blanket

False advertising.
Pros:

Nothing went well. We booked a room with a kitchen and they said no such thing exist and blamed Booking.com website. They offered no compensation or discount or adjustments for the false advertisement and said "other Studio 6's have kitchens, not ours". We had no choice but to ride this out because we wrere already there mid 2 week road trip.

Cons:

Liars. No kitchen. Even in their lobby there was a plaque saying :"kitchenette included" yet they claim Booking was wrong and that is other Studio 6's not theirs.

Good location, good surroundings, and good surrounding businesses.
Pros:

The location was good and clean. Felt safe. Gas station and convenience store across the street plus the McDonald’s and Starbucks literally next door made it a great location! Fast access to the local freeway. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and warm. Coming from out of Oregon this was awesome to feel being from a different state and away from home. Free parking extra plus!

Cons:

Other than the pillows being flat, there was nothing wrong. Simplicity at its best.

We had the best time at this property. I honestly can’t believe it’s a Motel 6 brand.
Pros:

It’s got a McDonald’s right next-door. It has a outdoor shopping mall across the street. It’s just a good location. You could literally walk to get just about anything you need. They have a hot coffee in the kitchen area all day every day. We rented a specific type of room and everyone was so wonderful and helpful. Even the guests that you guys had there during our stay were amazing and very thoughtful and helpful to me and my daughter. This was our second day in two months. It was fabulous. The beds are so comfy. It is very clean.

Cons:

Parking can be difficult at times
