Pros:

I love this place and the staff remembers my girlfriend and I and makes us feel like valued guests everytime and there’s really no other hotel I’ve been too that compares to how cozy and safe I feel here and the location is incredible

We will be back if we are in the area
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be, and there is a great restaurant right next to it called Sho. Amazing food. The staff was so understanding, pleasant and friendly. when we first checked in our front desk agent named Herry was so sweet and understanding absolutely loved him.

Cons:

Some garbage around the place it’s in Portland needs a little bit of renovating and it’s along a busy street but did not hear it in the middle of the night

Ok for a one-time
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Parking was very good.

Cons:

The 3rd floor hallway had a bad odor, and the room really needed another chair.

Nice, but the tub was gross
Pros:

Loved the location, super convenient for our needs, bus was easily accessible so I could get to work

Cons:

Bathroom was disgusting, tub and towels had black hairs on them, towels were stained and dirty, ended up having to go home and get our own as they never replaced them. Bathtub was the worst part, filled it for a bath day one and there was dead skin, pubes and other scum floating in it before I noticed and had already gotten in. Otherwise our stay was lovely and we would stay here again, just would scrub that tub first.

I suspect this hotel is frequented for non-family friendly activates.
Pros:

The location was close to family. My car wasn't broken into.

Cons:

The hotel smelled of bleach and body fluids, the bedding was dirty, and the rooms looked dated.
