Location is good

Cons:

The pillow was soft and got pain in my neck
The toilet got uneasy smells, and the tile surface floor in the bathroom was uneven.
The lighting is not in a good location, just located on eye level, make us uncomfortable while lying on bed

The hotel is in a quiet environment and is kept clean all the time. We had excellent experince
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety to choose. The location of the property is very convenient. Hotel staff was very good

Overall it was a pleasant stay and don't mind to stay there again in the future.
Pros:

Very good location,not congested area and near to Pavillion and TRX. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and still look updated. Most importantly the room rate is just right.

Cons:

The room is a bit too close to each other as noise from other room can be heard.

Pros:

We loved the location and the staff from the very polite bell hops to reception and the breakfast staff. Very helpful whenever we approached any one of them with any requests.

Cons:

Didn't like that the hotel wanted to charge us for a pillow. We had 3 in 2 single beds and we wanted another one. They told us it was chargeable.

Pros:

It was my first time in Malaysia, and I chose J-hotel primarily for its value. It was surprisingly clean and hygienic, located near the city center, just a 2km taxi ride from the convention center. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, so the location was perfect for us, and the price was beautiful. Also, Shahim, the handsome front desk guy, was very friendly, and Pankaj, who helped with our luggage, was always there to open the door for us. Such a nice touch!

Cons:

Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator in the perk time. You can make a reminder at the front desk to inform the location of another elevator.
