Small but clean and comfy.
Pros:

Hotel is slightly pricey but very clean and well maintained, with comfortable bed and pillows. Location is also in a cleaner area of KL.

Cons:

The size of the room is small with little room for movement.

Rapport qualité-prix correct et emplacement pratique
Pros:

Nous étions au dernier étage (12ème étage) et avions une vue sur les gratte-ciel très appréciable.
Le quartier est calme ainsi que l'hôtel.
Nous avions accès à pied aux malls, restaurants à moins de 10 minutes.
La taille de la chambre est correcte, avec des rangements.
Les transports sont accessibles à 15 minutes à pied.
L'espace à manger est vaste, dotée d'une terrasse extérieure appréciable.
Le personnel est agréable et réactif.

Cons:

La taille de la salle d'eau était petite, le lave-main minuscule sans plan de travail pour poser les affaires personnelles.
La poussière sur les mobiliers était visible.
Le petit-déjeuner manquait de mets sucrés pour les occidentaux comme nous. Cela manquait de fruits variés (1 à 2 ). Pour le pain, uniquement du pain de mie à disposition. En salé, 2 ou 3 propositions uniquement.

estaba sucio, las toallas rotas, no había ni toallas de lavado pequeñas. Una estancia pésima. Las paredes eran de “papel” se escuchaban todos los ruidos

I would not stay more than one night there.
Pros:

The location is quite central and walkable to most shopping areas. The staff are amazing! Very helpful, polite, and hard working.

Cons:

The hotel is in poor condition. Towels are falling apart, limited soap availability, and area is full of rubbish.

Pros:

From registration and check-in to housekeeping and parking, every service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the entire stay smooth and hassle-free.

I also requested a late check-out until 1:00 PM, and the male receptionist who assisted me during check-in on my first day kindly accommodated my request. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but I truly appreciate his helpfulness and excellent customer service. The hotel is fortunate to have such wonderful staff.

This is definitely my preferred place to stay whenever I’m in Kuala Lumpur. I absolutely love the room—it has such a cozy and welcoming vibe that it feels like my own bedroom. The room size is just perfect—not too big, not too small, but just right for a comfortable and relaxing staycation.

Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and outstanding service. I look forward to staying here again whenever I’m in KL. Highly recommended!

Love the place, not too near and not too far from city centre.
Pros:

Love the place, not too far and not too near to town but walkable. Room is clean, restaurant is good. Serves variety of foods daily so not boring. Quaint little hotel. Love it!! Staff is friendly. Keep up the good work. Would definitely come again.
