Important information:

A valid ID must be shown upon check-in.

We will not accept groups of 6 people or more without prior agreement.

Groups that are of the nature and style of Stag and Hen parties will not be allowed to check in to the hotel upon arrival irrespective of any booking they may have.

Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is including children.

There is limited paid parking parking on site, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Any charges for extra beds will be taken locally at the hotel.

Please note that due to the style of the building, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.

Guests should kindly note that the hotel's spa treatment rooms are very popular and get booked far in advance. The property strongly recommends guests to book a treatment by telephone at the earliest opportunity. The hotel cannot offer any guarantees there will be availability of treatments during the guest's stay as the appointments are sold on a first come, first served basis.

The checkout time for the car park on your last day will be midday, or further charges will apply. In order to receive access to a discounted rate, please pay at the hotel reception on arrival, informing them of your registration number. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine.

The Swimming pool is free of charge for all hotel guests and open from 7 am until 9 pm. Children are able to use the pool until 6.30 pm each day accompanied by an adult.

There is limited paid parking parking on site at £15.00 per 24 hours. Alternative parking can be found on the side streets around the hotel.

La pulizua della camera non e`stata efficente, 1giorno , non mi e``stata proprio pulita, un giorno c'erano delle briciole sul pavimento e la sono rimaste. Per il resto tutto ottimo

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich

Cons:

Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben. Fenster waren nicht dicht. Extreme Zugluft. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Jeden Tag gab es das selbe Frühstück. Kein frisches Obst und/oder Gemüse zur Auswahl

Pros:

Breakfast was good, most importantly the staff in all parts of the hotel were great, the rooms were very poor , facilities were not great the pool and sauna (which wasn’t working ) .

The only thing I would say is the pool water wasn’t the clearest but I can imagine it would be difficult with people in and out all day.

A nice hotel for the price and good location.
Pros:

Good location. 5 mins walk from town downhill. And plenty of ways to get back up. Walk, Bus, Taxi or those hired scooters which can be parked at a bay 1 minute from the hotel. Staff friendly and Facilities adequate.

Cons:

From a previous visit the breakfast seems a little less variety and not so high quality, but is ok for the cost.

Previously had a higher spec room but this time we had a budget so had a lower lever room which was a mistake. Only 1 flat hard pillow per person which made for a poor night sleep. Definitely worth a few extra £ for higher spec room
