We will not accept groups of 6 people or more without prior agreement.
Groups that are of the nature and style of Stag and Hen parties will not be allowed to check in to the hotel upon arrival irrespective of any booking they may have.
Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is including children.
There is limited paid parking parking on site, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any charges for extra beds will be taken locally at the hotel.
Please note that due to the style of the building, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
Guests should kindly note that the hotel's spa treatment rooms are very popular and get booked far in advance. The property strongly recommends guests to book a treatment by telephone at the earliest opportunity. The hotel cannot offer any guarantees there will be availability of treatments during the guest's stay as the appointments are sold on a first come, first served basis.
The checkout time for the car park on your last day will be midday, or further charges will apply. In order to receive access to a discounted rate, please pay at the hotel reception on arrival, informing them of your registration number. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine.
The Swimming pool is free of charge for all hotel guests and open from 7 am until 9 pm. Children are able to use the pool until 6.30 pm each day accompanied by an adult.
There is limited paid parking parking on site at £15.00 per 24 hours. Alternative parking can be found on the side streets around the hotel.

Great location. Comfy bed.
Air con was loud. And vibrated constantly. So we had to turn it off. Meaning room was too hot. Awoken extremely early by drunk people arguing and fighting and swearing in the hotel car park. Resulting in us having to call 999
Spacious room
There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke downstairs because people were smoking by the entrance. This is not ideal for children. The swimming pool was tiny and the water was dirty, children didn't even want to swim in it. The spa area was tiny and didn't work. It felt very run down.
Bonus having a little pool and sauna
I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Overall, I was very pleased with the room and would happily stay here again
The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and had everything I needed
The food was excellent we eat in the restaurant plus room could not fault either.
The large bed
I would of liked two pillows each they could of been stored at the bottom of the wardrobe.
A wider range on the tea tray maybe a welcome bisciut plus a little fridge we stayed in the middle of a very hot week and had bottles of our own water but no fridge to keep them cool in.
Room was great bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was essential.I did requested a lower floor but didn’t expect the basement with no view but a planted bank.
Nothing breakfast was great but it had run out off coffee from both machines and jugs and had to find a member of staff to ask for them to be refilled other items we also low.I think they need to check on them more regularly.The chap behind me gave up waiting and went into town for a coffee which is a shame
