We will not accept groups of 6 people or more without prior agreement.
Groups that are of the nature and style of Stag and Hen parties will not be allowed to check in to the hotel upon arrival irrespective of any booking they may have.
Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is including children.
There is limited paid parking parking on site, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any charges for extra beds will be taken locally at the hotel.

Guests should kindly note that the hotel's spa treatment rooms are very popular and get booked far in advance. The property strongly recommends guests to book a treatment by telephone at the earliest opportunity. The hotel cannot offer any guarantees there will be availability of treatments during the guest's stay as the appointments are sold on a first come, first served basis.
The checkout time for the car park on your last day will be midday, or further charges will apply. In order to receive access to a discounted rate, please pay at the hotel reception on arrival, informing them of your registration number. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine.
The Swimming pool is free of charge for all hotel guests and open from 7 am until 9 pm. Children are able to use the pool until 6.30 pm each day accompanied by an adult.
There is limited paid parking parking on site at £15.00 per 24 hours. Alternative parking can be found on the side streets around the hotel.

Very small bathrooms and very dated furniture. Air conditioning is also now dated. No parking around hotel and hotel parking very few spaces
room was nice breakfast was good
bathroom room lay out .glass cabinet above sink to big difficult to wash your face. similar problem with sink to close to toilet. {not enough room to move}. smell in hallway lower area when you left your room. possible ventilation problem. only stayed one night . did not use any of the facility's so can not comment on any
One the reason we had booked was because of spa and this was out of action, if this was stayed on the website we would have not booked

Location is good, and the pool is clean! It’s quite dated, and needs a little TLC, photos don’t show a true reflection. Staff were friendly
Overall condition, it’s damp in places. Breakfast was actually really disappointing, and I feel over priced! Rooms although clean- were old and need updating.

Not a four star hotel. Barely 3. Toiletries bolted to the wall and nescafe straws and UHT milk in rooms. No fridge. Not enough shelves or storage for clothes. Steam room and sauna not working - pool just a syrupy kidney shape the size of a garden pond. We found an empty Pot Noodle pot wedged into a pipe outside our window with cigarette butts in it from a previous occupant - see below, bet they haven't been fined!!!!!!!! Manageress did come up, apologised and removed it. Hope she can sort out the mess below too.
BUT - the main issue is the fact that we asked reception on the second day of our stay to open an account for our room and charge 5 days parking to it = 5x £15 = £75. Our room keys were supposedly updated and re-issued there and then to me and my husband. When we checked out I assumed that payment of the £75 had been taken care of, or we could expect to see it come out soon after. Then the fines started coming in via our rental car. So far I've had 2 x £42 and this morning, one for £100. Completely ruined any relaxation from the holiday as I have to pursue this and sort it out. So very, very disappointed and angry. We would have let pretty much all of the foregoing slide and given a 3 star review otherwise.

I liked how close it was to bic area and the beach
The was smaller then it looked in the photos.
Also when you walk through reception there's a cctv camera that leads to the pool so people can see you in the pool when they walk through reception.
