We will not accept groups of 6 people or more without prior agreement.
Groups that are of the nature and style of Stag and Hen parties will not be allowed to check in to the hotel upon arrival irrespective of any booking they may have.
Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is including children.
There is limited paid parking parking on site, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any charges for extra beds will be taken locally at the hotel.
Please note that due to the style of the building, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
Guests should kindly note that the hotel's spa treatment rooms are very popular and get booked far in advance. The property strongly recommends guests to book a treatment by telephone at the earliest opportunity. The hotel cannot offer any guarantees there will be availability of treatments during the guest's stay as the appointments are sold on a first come, first served basis.
The checkout time for the car park on your last day will be midday, or further charges will apply. In order to receive access to a discounted rate, please pay at the hotel reception on arrival, informing them of your registration number. Failure to do so will result in a parking fine.
The Swimming pool is free of charge for all hotel guests and open from 7 am until 9 pm. Children are able to use the pool until 6.30 pm each day accompanied by an adult.
There is limited paid parking parking on site at £15.00 per 24 hours. Alternative parking can be found on the side streets around the hotel.

Uneven flooring in room
It was so nice I went back and will be going again this year the staff were so friendly and helpful it was so nice I have told everyone about it and have recommended it to everyone
Long walk to town up a hill but worth it
The room was clean and spacious.
The window of our room was broken and the night we stayed was very windy so they had to tie it with rope.
Also the swimming pool is small and when we went with our kids there was few kids unattended by their parents and jumping in the pool splashing constantly.
We liked the location
The property is dated and could do with improvements the toilet didn’t flush well had to hold the button down for about 5 minutes. The staff wasn’t very welcoming was no hi are you ok when you arrive just here fill this in that’s your room number. So could do with some better customer service. The pools is really small but was enough space for the kids to have a swim and no one else was in it so that was a bonus.

A very warm and helpful welcome from the lady on reception. Family room very spacious to fit five of us in.

Staff were friendly although one man at reception talked very quietly which made it difficult to hear, I noticed other guests kept saying ‘pardon’ as well!
