visto il costo elevato della camera ci si aspetta almeno che alcuni sevizi siano inclusi

la posizione della struttura(vicinissima al centro di Magaluf) e il balconcino della camera

Cons:

appena arrivati non capivamo dov’era l’entrata e dove potessimo lasciare la macchina. Arrivati, ci hanno detto che il parcheggio era a pagamento: 60 euro per 6 giorni e nonostante ciò il servizio non era dei migliori, ogni volta per farci aprire il cancello dovevamo aspettare.
La nostra camera era sprovvista di frigo e abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio a fronte di un pagamento di 60 euro a settimana.

La struttura ha una posizione effettivamente molto vicina alla movida di magaluf, e lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Appena siamo arrivate, 2 persone, ci viene assegnata la camera e oltre a notare subito 4 letti invece che due, che occupavano tutto lo spazio e ci impedivano quasi di muoverci, la luca e l’aria condizionata non funzionavano. La ragazza ha provveduto subito a cambiarci la stanza con aria e luce funzionanti, purtroppo però anche in quella nuova c’erano 4 letti e la vista dal balcone non era bella come prima.
Il secondo giorno ci accorgiamo che il condizionatore perdeva acqua lungo tutto il muro e stava pian piano allagando la camera, così abbiamo avvisato la reception che ci ha rassicurato che avrebbero sistemato, e la mattina dopo , mentre dormivamo, ci bussano i due operatori per aggiustare il condizionatore.
Il wi fi non funzionava benissimo, e purtroppo la pulizia delle stanze non era eccellente.
Il prezzo pagato è stato decisamente troppo alto.

Never again For the price I paid 4 nights .
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing , stuff very friendly

Cons:

Room too small , bed not comfortable, breakfast starts too late in my opinion, young guests ( teens ) making too much noise at any hour 3/4/5 AM .. couldn’t sleep , the pool without rules where guests ( teens do what they want splashing water over the sunbeds and hitting guests with football ) that’s not cool ! On top of it : the stuff on the pool side shall keep order in the pool with some rules , after all it’s a service a client pay for and being there and feel threatened by other guests it’s not ideal .
