L’espace extérieur ainsi que les paysages autour
Les horaires du diner de 18h30 à 21h30 c’est trop court .
Les ascenseurs étaient difficiles à avoir (seulement 2 pour tout l’établissement)
La climatisation était terriblement faible surtout en cette periode de canicule.
Le debit de l’eau est faible ( très désagréable lorsqu’on se douche )

The facilities were really amazing. Great pool area and garden, great view over the ocean, easy to get sun beds and great for kids. The restaurant, both the one by the pool and the buffet restaurant. We had half board, and really appreciated both breakfast and dinner.
The supermarket around the corner was so good. Even though it was tiny, they basically had everything! And good prices as well.
The room was in desperate need of renovation. The floor was broken in many places, and I was worried that one of us would cut our feet. And the cleaning… I travel a lot across Europe and this was by far the worst I’ve experienced. Hair on the floor and in the curtains etc when we arrived, and if I went out on the balcony I had to go to the bathroom and clean my feet afterwords. So disgusting! I would have accepted the need of renovation if the room at least was clean.
The employees in the hotel weren’t really ”rude”, but if you walked by the reception no one said ”good day” or so, they just looked down and ignored you.

Hôtel saturé de monde, file au petit-déjeuner, file à l’unique ascenseur. Transat pas toujours dispo. Matériaux de qualité trop ancienne. Téléphone hors service. Manque de prises dans la chambre. Pas d’explication pour la climatisation ni sur les services proposés.
wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in einer exklusiven, sehr ruhigen Gegend direkt am Meer. Selbst wenn das Hotel vollständig ausgebucht ist, wirkt es nie überfüllt- überall findet man ausrechend Platz und kann die entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist hervorragend und bietet für jeden Geschmack eine große Auswahl. Sowohl om Restaurant als auch an den Pools oder auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände gibt es jederzeit genügend freie Plätze.
Das Meer ist kristallklar, ruhig und ideal zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben- überall makellos gepflegt.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, verfügen über eine großen Balkon und werden bereits am Vormittag gereinigt.
Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Felsenbucht. Daher gibt es direkt am Hotel kein klassischen Sandstrand- je nach persönlichem Geschmack kann das ein Vor-oder Nachteil sein.
Der Zugang zum Meer erfolgt entweder über eine Steg mit Treppe oder durch Hineinspringen ins kristallklare Wasser. Außerdem gibt es kleine Badebucht, über die man bequem ins Meer gelangen kann. Aufgrund des felsigen Untergrunds sind Badeschuhe jedoch zu empfehlen. Ein kleiner Sandstrand befindet sich etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein kleiner persönliche Kritikpunkt war die Matratze, die für meine persönlichen Geschmack etwas zu weich war. Das ist natürlich sehr subjektiv und hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht beeinträchtigt.
