sehr zufrieden! Gute Lage, tolles Essen, schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das frühstück war faszinierend! Es gab alles und vor allem viel gesundes Obst :) Das Omlet war super und auch das Personal jederzeit freundlich :)

Cons:

Ein bisschen hellhörig aber mit Oropax geht es. Sonst ein super Hotel! Ich würde wiederkommen :)

Endroit magique
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial avec magnifique cadre. Loin de bruit des voitures. Très calme. La chambre spacious avec superb view des lumières de colline toute la nuit.

Cons:

Il faut rénover un peu les chambres et la salle de bain. Les équipements sont un peu cassés en baignoire.

O hotel tem tem uma bela arquitetura e boa decoração

O quarto que era espaçoso , limpo e com excelente vista a localização do hotel , o edifício em si ,

Cons:

O serviço deixou muito a desejar : pequeno almoço servido por pessoas que nem português falavam ,!aliás um pequeno almoço bastante fraco que nem bananas da Madeira tinha , queijos de baixa qualidade , enfim …
A sauna desligada mas com combinações para ligar completamente trocadas . E só se podia ligar a partir das 9 !! Uma gestão de hotel pouco exigente e bastante fraca . Foi pena . Tínhamos outras expectativas

Pros:

Der Pool, die Aussicht, das Frühstück, einige sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen! Wir haben uns alles in allem wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist was Dusche, Vorhang und Teppichboden angeht etwas abgegriffen. Man muss schon eine Weile gehen bis man in der Stadt ist und vorallem wieder daheim (steil)

מלון שקט.. ברמה גבוהה.
למבוגרים בלבד.
מיטות נוחות מאוד(ישנו בסוויטה).
מרפסת ענקית.
א בוקר טובה מאוד. רצוי לבקש להכין לכם אומלטים(חביתה בלשון העם).
מומלץ.
בזמן שלנו היו מעט אנשים..בריכה כמעט פרטית.. אחלה

Cons:

מי שאוכל במרפסת..מטריד קצת היונים שמחכות לאכול מהצלחת. ממליץ לאכול במבואה הפנימית.

אין מספיק נקודות חשמל לטעינה

Poprwny ale czy jest efekt WOW. No raczej nie.
Pros:

Najslabszy punkt to IMHO sniadanie. Jajecznica nie do zjedzenia jakis smierdzacy gniot. Na szczescie mozna zamowic jajko sadzone. Ale jak na klase obiektu sniadanie ponizej oczekiwan.

Cons:

Spodziewalem sie wiecej po tym hotelu. OPbsluga poprawna, recepcjonistwa bardzo pomoca, ale na przyklad woda w pokojach IMHO powinna byc uzupelniana albo jakis dystrybutor na korytarzu a tu niestety brak.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting - with excellent access to Funchal city and the island
Pros:

The setting was magnificent - a wonderful view from most parts of the hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Great breakfast buffet and excellent spa

Cons:

The only minor irritation was the background jazz music in the public spaces and restaurant! Otherwise a perfect stay.

It was the perfect place to come home to after an adventurous day.
Pros:

I loved everything about this stay. The staff was amazing, kind, helpful. They gave us all the information we needed to have an amazing stay.

Cons:

We constantly had to ask to have our towels changed (we stayed for a week) and the daily cleaning really depended on the staff. I mean some of them cleaned our room very well, some did not but we had to ask the reception a couple of time to have a more thorough cleaning than they did.

Very dated - would be worth every penny with a renovation

Very big room, friendly staff, quiet, nice view

Cons:

This could be a diamond is only a rock - very dated, have not changed the carpets for decades probably, holes in walls and curtains. Real pitty
