Room service un peu en dessous
Mūsų viešnagė buvo nuostabi! Į šį viešbutį atvykome savo povestuvinės kelionės metu, todėl buvome maloniai nustebinti viešbučio dėmesingumu. Atvykus mūsų laukė staigmena – butelis putojančio vyno, saldumynai ir rožių žiedlapiais papuoštas kambarys. Tai buvo labai šiltas ir romantiškas gestas, kuris mūsų viešnagę padarė dar ypatingesnę. Personalas buvo labai paslaugus ir draugiškas, kambarys tvarkingas, jaukus, o aplinka rami ir puikiai tinkanti poilsiui. Tikrai rekomenduojame šį viešbutį poroms.
Neturime jokių nusiskundimų – viešnagė pranoko mūsų lūkesčius.
Very big room, friendly staff, quiet, nice view
This could be a diamond is only a rock - very dated, have not changed the carpets for decades probably, holes in walls and curtains. Real pitty
It’s a nice spot in the town. I like walking so Inwas fine with the up and down. Great taxi services too.
It felt like a ghost town from a staff perspective. They were running it with minimal staff. The pool and spa area I didn’t see anyone from the staff for 2 days.
Maybe that’s by design. Didn’t feel 4/5 star though.

The location and the Hotel is absolutely stunning! A walk in the wonderful and extremely well kept garden is meditative. Everything is beautiful and calm. Very clean. Breakfast and dinner very tasty. Pool area with great design. Helpful and friendly staff. Be prepared to use a taxi to get to town (easy, fast and price worthy) since walking is not recommendable due to lack of pavement and the traffic.
The carpet in the Hotel room has seen its best days.
Hotel in great location overlooking the city with beautiful gardens. Dinner menu, whilst not a vast choice was good quality and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is very shabby, and not in a 'chic' way with threadbare carpets in public areas and dated rooms. Staff were almost none existent. Didn't use the pool as the electronic pool cleaner was in operation - and this was around 11am with no staff to be seen. The gym is in need of some attention with rusty and damaged equipment. Staff in the restaurant were not on the ball, had to find a member of staff and tell them when items at breakfast had run out - this happened several times, and evening staff clearly did not have server training as would lean across table when we were eating, with one particular member of staff smelling quite "ripe".
Le personnel est très sympathique. Le lit est très grand et dispose d'une bonne literie. Le coin salon et la terrasse de la chambre sont agréables. Le petit-déjeûner est copieux et de qualité.
Avec une voiture de location, nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine.
Pour un hôtel 5*, je m'attendais à de l'aide à l'arrivée et au départ pour les bagages. Le fond de la baignoire est très glissant pendant la douche et peut s'avérer dangereux. Un tapis ou des autocollants anti-glisse seraient appréciés. Déçue par les jus du petit-déjeûner qui sont chimiques (pas narurels).
Les ruelles aux alentours peuvent de révéler dangereuses pour les piétons. Il n'y a pas de trottoirs et les automobilistes locaux circulent vite.
Uniquement l'emplacement et la nourriture.
Hôtel loin, très loin d'être un 5 étoiles. Personnel qui préfère parler entre-eux au lieu de s'occuper des clients. Moquette très sale tout comme la salle de bains.
Quant à la piscine et au Jacuzzi, je déconseille fortement leur utilisation si vous ne voulez pas attraper une maladie de la peau. Moisissure sur les rebords, ça en dit long sur le contenu de l'eau dans les bassins.

Very poor service arround pools
Otroligt trevlig personal med bra service både vid frukost, städ och reception. Hotellet har en fantastisk utsikt över havet och Funchal. Frukosten var perfekt och skilde sig dessutom dag för dag. Vi kommer komma tillbaka!
Rustige buurt. Mooi uitzicht. Fijne kamers. Uitstekend restaurant. Goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen.
Het was allemaal top. We vonden het zelf net iets te ver om vanaf daar naar het centrum van Funchal te lopen. Een huurauto is handig bij dit hotel.
