Ein wunderbarer Urlaub auf einer zauberhaften Insel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Funchal. Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahr gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben den Wellnessbereich sehr genossen.

Cons:

Die 10€ für den Parkplatz pro Tag sollten im Preis inkludiert sein.

Perfektes Hotel für einen ruhigen Urlaub in Madeira!
Pros:

Das ist ein super Hotel, ruhige Lage, nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber gut erreichbar. Toller Garten, tolles Restaurant, super Frühstück - es hat alles gepasst - das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend- danke!

Boa para o objetivo que tinha na iliha.
Pros:

As acomodações eram boas.

Cons:

a localização. Precisei pegar uber para ir a qualquer lugar.

Pros:

The facilites were very good and location just outside of Funchal centre, with nearby bus stops. Staff at the hotel very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a variety of choice.

Cons:

In some parts and our room the hotel needed some repair and updating.

Lovely, classy hotel overlooking the bay of Funchal.
Pros:

Lovely room (we had a suite) with a great view. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. The staff were excellent and super helpful. It is a very calm environment with a classy feel.

Cons:

Would be helpful to have some sockets near the bedside so you can charge devices. We had to unplug the kettle/coffee maker or use sockets which meant the phones were on the floor while charging.
The gym equipment needs attention and maintenance.
The location and view is lovely but be aware that it's not so easy to walk into the centre (not many pavements and very hilly) - we mostly used Uber to get in and out of the centre - 5 minute drive and about 4 euros.

Le jardin et la vue

Cons:

L'hôtel est vieillissant et ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles !
Le personnel n'apporte aucun service. Nous avions une valise lourde et ils étaient scotchés à leur téléphone.
Au petit déjeuner, les viennoiseries étaient industrielles, pas de confiture, œufs brouillés chimiques, jus d'orange synthètique ! un comble à Madeire !
Moquette sale et uen odeur dans les chambres !!! bref je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel

Wir fühlten uns - abgesehen von den den beschriebenen Defiziten - sehr wohl.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Atmosphäre sind außergewöhnlich schön.
Das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut, zeitweise mangelte es allerdings an genügend Obst und Varietät.
Der Freundlichkeit des Personals gilt unser ganz besonderer Dank.
Die Gestaltung des Gartens und der Anlage insgesamt.

Cons:

Die Teppichböden des Zimmers und der Flure des Hotels bedürfen dringend der Reinigung.
Das Bad und das WC sind definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen dringend einer Modernisierung.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön auf einem Bergrücken gelegen mit unfassbarem Blick auf Funcal und seinem Hafen.

Cons:

In der Beschreibung wird mit Parkplätzen geworben, die bei bedarf kostenlos sind und nur bei Reservierung zu bezahlen sind.
Uns wurden aber für den Parkplatz für beide Nächte je 10 Euro berechnet ohne Reservierung.
Im Bad hätte ich mir in solch einem Hotel eine Dusche, anstatt einer Badewanne mit Duschvorhang gewünscht.

Excellent hotel on a beautiful island.
Pros:

The hotel had a luxurious feel to it. The reception area was bright, with comfy chairs leading to a really beautiful restaurant.

estava tudo muito lindoooooo a decoração
Mas é muito lamentável o estado do quarto em si porque lá havia uma ninhada de formigas por toda a volta do quarto,
A receção foi informada e arranjou outro quarto mas são essas atitudes que não são aceitáveis
