Un très bon moment
Pros:

Tout était parfait sauf le lunch paquet que nous avons reçu le matin de notre départ a l’aéroport

Un séjour malgré tout très agréable.
Pros:

La qualité et le choix des aliments proposés au petit déjeuner et au restaurant (diner). La literie très confortable et de grande taille. La beauté du jardin et de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La vétusté de la salle d'eau, baignoire trop étroite et peu confortable pour prendre une douche sans être au contact avec le rideau de douche. Salle de bain sans mouchoir en papier et réfrigérateur de chambre jamais approvisionné en boisson ( une bouteille d'eau seulement le jour d'arrivée). Indigne d'un cinq étoiles.

Bellissima la vista dalla terrazza, camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo, colazione varia e abbondante

Cons:

Il costo del parcheggio non comunicato al check in. La struttura necessita di manutenzione, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono.

Nice but not worth it’s price

The location is amazing

Cons:

It’s quite old
The staff are lovely but need some more training for a 5* hotel. Only reacted when asked, no hellos or goodbye when entering or exiting the hotel. The food was ok, ordered room service and it was cold and half cooked. It is a nice hotel don’t get me wrong, but not worth the cost and or the rating. The location being in the mountains is its selling point.

La colazione è veramente da 5 stelle, al ristorante e nei locali attorno si respira atmosfera da nobile magione coloniale inglese di lusso, il silenzio è assoluto, la climatizzazione perfetta, il letto fantastico

Cons:

Il parcheggio è obbligato, non c'è spazio fuori, ed è a pagamento (10€), che può essere compreso nel prezzo di oltre 200€ della camera. La fornitura delle salviette non è completa (una grande una media e una piccola, forse per motivi ecologici non le rimpiazzano tutte; inoltre l'accappatoio ho dovuto richiederlo.

Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen, trotz der renovierungsbedürftigen Zimmern.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit wunderschönen Ausblick in die Berge und zum Meer. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet im sehr schönen Ambiente mit tollem Ausblick. Eine liebevoll angelegte, sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage und gemütlichen Spa Bereich mit kleinen Innen und Aussenpool.

Cons:

Zimmer sind absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Teppiche und Vorhänge sind sehr verschlissen.

Hotel ziemlich heruntergewirtschaftet, 5 Sterne ein Witz,
Dusche erschreckend: Duschvorhang pfui ! Auch an Badewanne: Duschvorhang: pfui; das gabs in den 70-er Jahren.
Frische Hand-und Bodentücher meistens nur nach Reklamation. Teppichboden: alt, zum Teil versifft.
Aussenfassade super. Garten toll. Dieser Kasten lebt nur von der tollen Lage. Rest mehr als bescheiden. Sehr Schade.

Lovely location but expensive and needs a refresh
Pros:

Very good location with a superb view. 20 minute walk to town centre. Lovely gardens. Nice breakfast. Big spacious room, bathroom and balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Gorgeous pool area.
Staff left me some fizz and a cake on my birthday

Cons:

Next to a very busy road.. dangerous to walk down as no kerb.
Room decor rather tired. Lampshades, carpet and curtains stained. Sockets wobbly. Patio doors to balcony did not lock properly.
