Perfect holiday
Pros:

We loved it as the reception spa were very helpful. The location is perfect.

Un peu décevant.
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel agréable, propreté et café/machine avec croissant mis à disposition.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au 5em étage sans ascenseur sans être prévenu avant.
Dans la salle d'eau, le carrelage était cassé à de nombreux endroits notamment devant la douche.
Les matelas étaient très très fatigués.
Pourquoi mettre une machine "retrait d'argent" juste devant la porte d'entrée, rendant le passage difficile ?

Com toda certeza a localização é um dos pontos principais desse local. Estive logo no quarto do primeiro andar com vista direta para rua e a praticidade em estar no centro a poucos minutos era maravilhoso. Além disso, a pessoa que nos atendeu, um senhor com um nome diferente no qual não vou me recordar agora, foi super simpático e nos deixou confortáveis desde a nossa chegada. Precisei solicitar o secador de cabelo e o controle do ar condicionado, no qual fomos imediatamente atendidos. É uma ótima estadia, não achei tão barulhento e consegui dormir sem problema algum apesar de ser em uma rua movimentada. Com toda certeza voltaria a me hospedar no mesmo local.

Cons:

O único problema que acabou por dificultar um pouco a estadia, foi o wifi. O sinal era realmente ruim e apesar das vezes até ter o "sinal cheio", ainda sim a internet não funcionava. Então para mim que não tinha internet no telefone, foi um pouco complicado, mas fora isso, não tenho nada do que reclamar.
