Pros:

Ubicación y relación precio-calidad óptimas. Está a minutos caminando de la estación de tren y del Duomo. Muy cerca también del mercado central, que es una excelente opción para almorzar y cenar a buen precio. Destaco también la atención del personal.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que a todas las habitaciones se llega por escalera.

I would definitely stay here again due to price, location, cleanliness. and friendliness of staff.
Pros:

Location was convenient to most sites, train station, and historic churches, room was comfortable and clean, staff was polite, interested in helping answer questions, shower was easy to use, with warm water.

Cons:

The brioche could have been better, they were in plastic bags, made in a factory, cookies were better, at least of good quality.

Pros:

It was very central and easy to find. The bag storage was also great, I could have left it there after check out and picked it up later

It was old and had almost a “yellow” filter over it but that was purely an aesthetic thing.

Typisches **-Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel Romagna ist ausgezeichnet (sehr zentral, ganz in der Nähe der Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore und des Bahnhofs Firenze Santa Maria Novella). D.h. man kann vom Hotel aus alles zu Fuß erreichen. In der Früh stellt das Hotel Getränke (heiß, Säfte) und Croissants/Kekse zur freien Entnahme zur Verfügung. Gepäck wird jederzeit aufbewahrt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Cons:

Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung: Typisches, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes **-Hotel.

Все было спокойно, дружелюбно и комфортно.
Pros:

Расположение отличное, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

Не хватает мини холодильника в комнате и одноразовых тапочек. А так же уборки с пылесосом хотяб раз в два дня.

Pros:

There is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor. It was fine if you are in good health. There is no breakfast that we found except for a prepacked biscuits. It is close to seeing many of the sites in Florence. It is an older hotel and adds to the atmosphere of Florence. It is a hotel and not a luxury experience.

Cons:

Tout était excellent à part la Wifi qui n'était vraiment pas bonne au niveau de ma chambre mais ce n'est pas très grave

Pros:

The location was perfect. A straight 7 min. flat walk from the train station. A very safe location, busy street with stores and shops. Just minutes to walk everywhere we had on our list. The room was for 3 guests. It was a large comfortable room with 3 twin beds and the window faced the shops on the street. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond sharing places to see the best sunset and very reasonably priced eateries. He shared a map and went overe each location in detail. A lovely stay and experience, we would defintinely return!!

nothing. Everything was perfect.

Buena alternativa por el precio.
Pros:

El personal muy amable siempre, la ubicación extraordinaria y además el desayuno de cortesía se agradecía mucho. Además cuenta con aire acondicionado que se podía tener todo el tiempo activo y eso era muy agradable para volver luego de días muy, muy acalorados.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, que no es tan terrible para gente joven. Subir las maletas fue un poco duro pero ellos ofrecían hacerlo así que está bien. Hubo un problema un día y que no nos pudieron hacer la limpieza de la pieza. Fue una descoordinación de ellos pero en realidad ofrecieron disculpas y se comportaron bien. Normalmente deberían hacerla siempre.

La comodidad de las piezas es justa, pero imagino que uno tiene lo que paga. Por precio está bien.

Creo que lo único realmente molesto (todo el resto se puede entender para un hotel de dos estrellas) es que cada vez que llegábamos la habitación y el baño tenían un olor a encierro, humedad o desague un poco desagradable. De todas maneras insisto: obtienes por lo que pagas.

Hôtel confortable, personnel sympa et placé idéalement
Pros:

La localisation était parfaite, en plein cœur de Florence, la chambre était spacieuse pour 3, le p'tit déjeuner a été un vrai plus (café et pain au lait), pas besoin de davantage, le personnel très souriant et avec d'excellents conseils pour les visites et pour les repas. La parking indiqué par la réception était vraiment à 2 pas et parfait quoique un peu cher (84€ pour 3 jours), mais difficile de trouver mieux.

Cons:

La salle de bain était un peu étroite pour un grand comme moi (1m85) mais franchement, ça allait ! Il y a des étages à monter et pas d'ascenseur, mais ce n'était pas un problème pour moi.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Su buenísima ubicación y la atención de la recepción. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas.

Cons:

El baño era súper chico, la cisterna casi que no funcionaba adecuadamente. Y el wifi era malo.
