Cons:

The hotel price is a bit expensive and there is not a lot of space at the parking of the hotel but you have a public parking a few minutes away driving from the hotel.

Hôtel décevant pour un 4 étoiles, qui devrait revoir l’entretien et la décoration de ses chambres
Pros:

La localisation, proche de Port Mahon et du centre de Es Castell. La chambre était propre.

Cons:

Nous devions avoir une chambre avec une vue complète sur mer et avons eu une vue partiellement seulement depuis le balcon sur un côté ce qui est décevant. Le personnel n’a pas pu nous proposer autre chose, les prestations sont décevantes pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles. Il n’y a aucune décoration dans la chambre et les équipements sont abîmés ou mal entretenus comme la tête de lit ou le petit frigo. Le choix du buffet du petit déjeuner est correct.

Les photos ne représentent pas l’hôtel et les installations sont très vieilles. La population qui fréquente l’hôtel est une population très senior qui adore boire du matin au soir !

Odeur tres désagréable dans la chambre.
Heureusement, nous avons passé que 2 nuits.
Je n aurais pas pu rester plus.placard difficile à fermer. L'insonorisation pas top.bref un peu déçu du 4 étoiles.
