Cons:

There was no real breakfast, just stuff from a refrigerator. The staff at the front was rude. The price of the room was way increased because of a local event in town but was normally half that price. I feel like I was robbed.

Its easy, convenient just needs some parking improvements and room upkeep.
Pros:

I love the employees, room views and overall interior atmosphere. We keep coming back mainly because of the location and great views.

Cons:

Two things. Parking is really tight, especially with the restaurant being there.
Maintaince of the rooms could be a lot better. The fireplace did not work and you can tell a lot of the furniture is dated and could need an upgrade.

It's a very nice hotel, but our stay would have been much more enjoyable if the heater was working.
Pros:

Location was nice; the hotel itself was very nice.

Cons:

Checked in, then went to visit a local friend. When we returned a little after 10PM, the room was cool. I turned on the heater, but it did not work. At that time of night, I assumed that maintenance was not available, and we did not want to have to change rooms, if another was even available. The bed was comfortable and kept us warm enough, but the room and bathroom were cool and uncomfortable.

Overall worth value
Pros:

Very nice looking hotel. Cool how remodeled old mill. Lobby fireplace lounge area very nice elegant looking. Great location

Cons:

Toilet made so much noise for very long time after flushing
Couldn't raise the blinds
Heat was on so hot we couldn't get it cooled down to go to sleep
2am there was very loud fight yelling and swearing hope those involved were asked to leave since ruined our night of getting any sleep

Perfect for a stay with a purpose.
Pros:

Large, clean room, with everything in good working order. Very decent river view. Easy to find, and convenient parking. Local area was nice for my purpose, which was football tourism. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit basic, but with what the room cost, I was mildly shocked that breakfast was even included.
