Piacevole accoglienza
Pros:

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile, stanze pulite e silenziose, dotate di tutti i confort.
Il personale fantastico e accogliente, ti fanno sentire a casa, pur mantenendo una grande professionalità. Siamo stati ricevuti e accolti, dopo un'esperienza disastrosa vissuta con un'altra struttura.
La colazione curata, con un buffet vario e abbondante. Tutto lo staff attento ai particolari.

Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, man hat jedes Wort im Nachbarzimmer mithören können.

Dans l'ensemble très satifait.
Pros:

Bien placé, confortable, bon rapport qualité prix et personnel accueillant.

Cons:

La chambre pourrait être plus spacieuse.
Le canal peut faire un peu de bruit, surtout quand il pleut.
Un soir l'un des autres clients, dans la chambre voisine, faisait beaucoup de bruit et cela m'a réveillé. Avec les occupants précédent de la chambre voisine, je n'ai pas eu ce problème.

Pros:

Hotel centralissimo, a pochi metri da Via Indipendenza, 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Personale gentilissimo, per entrare la sera viene dato un codice perché la portineria chiude verso le 22,30-23, non ho avuto il minimo problema tutto semplicissimo. Camera spaziosa w bella, anche gli spazi comuni sono molto eleganti

L' unico neo è che dalle camere vicine si sente tutto o quasi, io comunque non ho avuto problemi a dormire

Did the job for us but overall, regretted our decision
Pros:

View of the 'canal' - we had asked for that when booking but, strangely, it wasn't available from the horrid little room that we were offered. It did become available for an additional cost, from a bigger room. Not happy to be charged extra for something so simple. Breakfast was limited but good, with cappuccini made on request. Hotel location within Bologna was reasonable for train station.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit of an oddity with so many items and curiosities cluttering the corridors and reception. Unhappy about the additional room cost.
