Lovely property. Lovely staff. Lovely experience.
Pros:

We loved the location, the unique atmosphere of the property, the nice accommodations and friendly staff. We also love to be able to bypass the typical hotel lobby, restaurants, trips to the elevator, valet atmosphere. The continental breakfast was perfect for getting the day started.

Cons:

Need better shower curtains. We didn’t like how we got water on the bathroom floor while showering. Bathrooms also need some kind of stool for setting towels on. Also, need to make the coffee a bit stronger.

Pros:

Location was great. Easy to find and good for getting to wharf and cannery row.

Cons:

Parking advertises at 20 dollars per night but charged 25 dollars per night and told rates hasn’t been updated on website yet! Toilet seat had chips. Could do with replacing

All good except the breakfast and the ladies have no good attitude

The people who were helping with breakfast, the weren’t nice even a little smile when we ask for coffe

Pros:

The room was comfy and cozy, a little hot and humid.

Cons:

The doors, they were slammed by multiple rooms and was jarring especially at night. The parking was not great. I worried about my truck the entire time.

Pros:

Location was good, close to Fisherman's Wharf. Cold Continental breakfast offerings were good.

Cons:

Balcony had no privacy re other rooms left and right of it. No microwave. Parking was very tight and awkward @ $25.00/Night.

Very comfortable and unique hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Very comfortable four poster bed and a large room. Great touches - coffee machine, fridge, robes, towel specifically for make-up.
Breakfast - I didn’t realise that it is rare to have breakfast included in the room price in the USA.
I met the proprietor who told me how she had remodelled the building and designed each room - she was lovely too.

Cons:

The picture advertising is slightly misleading, as this is one part of the hotel - not the entrance, but I think probably the best rooms.
