Территория в хорошем состоянии.Чистый и большой бассейн

Очень мало выбора
Всем советую вообще не брать питание,а ходить в кафе и рестораны Айя Напы,это будет намного лучше
Также в отеле есть услуга по питанию - все включено

Платные напитки наливают в красивые бокалы из бутылок на витрине
Напитки по системе все включено - наливают из крана,из непонятной емкости под стойкой
Сервис оставляет желать лучшего
Номера были заранее забронированы и оплачены,но при этом мне пришлось потратить более 30 минут,чтобы наконец то получить карточки от номера.
Также при бронировании администрация почему то решила поселить семью на разных этажах,даже не уточняя этот момент
Я бронировали для семьи с 2 детьми и бегать по этажам не входило в мои планы
Поэтому впечатление регистрации было испорчено,как и мнение про отель
Сервис в отеле соответствует 3 звездам
Также чтобы получить полотенца боя бассейна необходимо сначала оставить депозит на ресепшене-получить карточки- пойти к бассейну и взять полотенца
Конечно о этой системе не было нам рассказано,поэтому я также потратила кучу времени,пытаясь наконец то получить полотенца
Которые нельзя поменять чаще чем 1 раз в день
Когла я получила полотенца утром,мне сказали,что получить другие я могу только завтра.
Также в номере выставлена температура 27 градусов и изменить ее невозможно
Эта опция заблокирована
Что «очень уместно» в жаркой стране
Также я уточняла,что у мужа будет день рождения,но никакого внимания в этот день тоже не было.

Я ориентировалась на фотографии и отзывы,но к сожалению разочарована этим выбором.

Pros:

We've got a very big room, actually it was 2 rooms: 1 bedroom with balcony and 1 living room with the sofa, extremely big balcony and round table in the middle of the room. The bathroom had toilet, bath and separate shower cabine. very nice design and it was cosy staying in.

Disappointed
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, which was excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with several other aspects of my stay. The service staff, especially the reception team, were not helpful, and one receptionist in particular spoke in a very unpleasant and unprofessional manner.

The hotel advertises various sports facilities, but in reality their availability is very limited. For example, the padel court closes at 8:00 PM. During the day it is extremely hot, making it uncomfortable and sometimes impossible to play under the intense sun. Dinner only starts at 7:00 PM, so there seemed to be no reason why guests could not use the court between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The explanation given was that workers sleep underneath the court area, which I found quite bizarre and difficult to understand.

I was also surprised by the opening hours of other facilities. Yoga classes start at 10:00 AM, yet breakfast is served until 10:00 AM. Anyone who practices yoga knows that it is generally not recommended to do so on a full stomach, so the schedule does not make much sense. In addition, the gym closes at 7:00 PM, and I could not understand the reason for such early closing hours. The swimming pool is only available until 6:00 PM, which is also unnecessarily restrictive for guests.

Overall, while the hotel’s location was great, the limited access to facilities, poorly planned schedules, and the attitude of some reception staff significantly affected my experience.

Good stay after all
Pros:

It was very clean and food was good
Pool amazing and the beach is beautifull.

Cons:

Stuff too serious and not so friendly they look like they are mad at the guests.
Fact that dinner with out drinks made me upset, need to upgrade to all inclusive to get drinks. Should respect the guests more!
