The room is great, spacious, 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. The service might also be the best I’ve had ever. Nicest people work here and the restaurant was amazing. Shoutout to Juan!

Wonderful food in resteraunt lovely steak and lasagne. Jaime was a great waiter and very attentive to all our needs. This is one of the nicest places to eat out in La Paz and really worth the visit. The menu is extensive and meets all needs. Beer is good too

The service was excellent! Everyone was really kind and respectful. They were so attentive to our needs. The waiters called Jose (both of them) were really attentive and nice. The food was fresh, and delicious.
We enjoyed our meal, we are definitely coming back.
We went for breakfast at the hotel twice during our stay in La Paz. Juan was the best host we have had! He will make you any type of omlette you want plus he will make you pancakes in the shape of different characters! Since I had remarked on some characters I saw him make before, my pancake came in the shape of not just Mickey Mouse, but Mickey Mouse as Robin Hood! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention what a great atmosphere the restaurant has, as well as the quality of the food and drinks. Get the cappuccino! You won’t regret it!
我在1月24日下午6点多到这家casa grande suites Check in,前台Adriana一直拖延时间不给我们办理入住,也不给任何解释。我多次去询问有任何问题吗?她都回复没有任何问题,但始终不帮我们办理入职。
7点Adriana才告知,现在酒店没有位置让我们走到另一个酒店,并说那边的房间会更大更舒适。
我们实际到达另一家casa grand hotel酒店给我们安排的是一个33平方米的房间,而我原本预定的是44平方米的房间,我询问是否可以有和我预定相同大小的房间时,他们经理电话中告诉我他们有Luxury房间但要我加钱,我回复经理我明天早上5点就离开酒店了,我不需要luxury,只需要和我预定的一样大小的房间就可以,这间太小了。
后来,他们给我看了另一个大一点的房间,我表示可以,然而等终于把所有的东西好不容易搬完入住以后,他们经理又打电话到房间,要求我额外付费用。我询问为什么不提前说清楚,然后经理开始指责我们,是因为我们取消又重新预定?取消是取消,没有房间不重新预定即可,有什么关系?
整个流程下来这个“经理”完全不会处理问题,第一、房间订超量,第二、是给顾客换酒店还是比预定的小的房间,第三、不协商好,等顾客搬完东西再要来加钱?第四、是到这个时候,开始指责顾客取消重新预定?最后,当天我们折腾到已经晚上8点了,而且我们说
了第二天早上5点就离开,这么多空房间,他们经理纠结这些的意义是什么呢?让顾客尽可能的感受到不舒服吗?
就这种处理问题的水平、英语还特别差,为什么会是五星级酒店的经理呢?
最终因为我们预定的餐厅7点的,折腾到快8点实在来不及了,也不想再纠结我们又搬回了小房间,但想说当天grand hotel 那边前台的小姐姐,还是非常礼貌和nice,全程都保持微笑,而且英语也比经理好很多!强烈建议你们考虑换一个正常常识和能力一点的经理,相信你们酒店会更好。
We didn’t stay at the hotel but went to the restaurant. Had a great Christmas meal here. Jaime was the perfect waiter and would definately come back. The turkey was well cooked and the brownie was great. No complaints. Thanks for your hospitality.
