It was pleasantly clean and very comfortable bed
No complaints
Kids love the indoor pool and I like the nice hot tub. Breakfast is great for a hotel.
It’s not the best bargain but I plan to stay again.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and presented beautifully.
I didn’t like that you couldn’t really cover the window so light came in while I was sleeping
I likes the wheelchair accessible bathroom
The rest of the room wasn't particularly friendly to a wheelchair. The spaces between things were fairly tight and it was hard not to run into the walls and stuff
Very good location close to downtown Ukiah restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Bathroom had plenty of counter space and had the necessary supplies.
I'm used to down pillows so the ones in the room were not comfortable
Close to Walmart and Costco
Desk clerk not very pleasant. Room was small. It was not the usual standard .
The beds were incredibly comfortable, my room and bathroom were impeccable clean, check out wasn’t until noon and who doesn’t enjoy a free breakfast in the morning? What was super cool is that their pool is open until 11:00pm which was super cool for our family. My youngest daughter has special needs and one of her triggers is a baby crying or a dog barking. Needless to say we try to avoid being around either one. With the pool open so late, we got to go swimming for a good two hours without any interruptions from a child crying.
Nice quiet and clean
Reasonable
Enjoyed my stay
Welcoming
Clean and comfortable living
Stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding in Ukiah. I am familiar with this hotel chain and since it was one of the four hotels suggested by the bride and groom, we figured it was a safe bet, and it sure was. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it was remodeled not too long ago, and as modern as it can be. The décor of the hotel is nice, the room was clean, and the area is pretty quiet; parking was easy, safe and free. The other hotel options were just a tad bit better, but this was pretty good and a bang for your buck.
The one thing I will say is the walls are super thin. I could hear clear conversations of our neighbors, BUT I turned on the AC so that pretty much phased out the talk.
Also, the gym is a no-frills kind of place. One treadmill, one bike and one elliptical. There are no weights of any kind. I didn’t use the pool, which is indoors; it was empty despite the outdoor heat.
The front desk was great. On two dif occasions, I asked for band-aids and lotion and they easily supplied both. Check-in was easy, fast and done with a smile.
There are some good eats within walking distance and downtown is just an easy few lights away.
A simple breakfast is included in our stay and it was perfect bc we had lunch plans, but I needed something after my workout, so I would make myself a granola bowl with fresh yogurt and fresh toppings.
Overall, this was a good stay and I would come back here again.
I enjoyed the hot tub to help my muscles after driving 300+ miles. The room was quiet and made it easier to sleep.
The breakfast was delightful. A wonderful selection. Delicious bagels & biscuits, yummy oatmeal, great waffle batter dispenser & waffle maker. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked as was the breakfast meat - both were kept hot in the covered serving pot. The fruit was fresh & ripe. The staff were excellent, making sure the selections were always available yo guests. The seating was very nice. No table was too close to another so it was comfortable. Bravo all around!!!
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Nothing special but adequate.
The pool was not heated on my first days stay
