Okay
Breakfast was good. I liked the healthier options
The bed was old, hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also outdated (cushions were sunken in) and the mattress was so thin that we could feel the springs and bars while laying on it. My husband awoke with a sore back (he snores so we splurged on the 1 bedroom with hopes of rest). I had an injured back and planned to relax a few hours during the day however during that time, between the jackhammering above us, the leaf blower and lawnmower outside, it was so loud that I couldn't even hear the television let alone take a relaxing bath like the doctor ordered. I was on pain medication and laid out on the floor. My husband was out so the thought of calling down and switching rooms was too daunting. When I brought our experience to the managers attention, he made excuses, blamed it on me for not saying anything until check out and offered me marriot points. When I declined (since I am not a frequent traveler nor do I have a marriot account) he offered me a $20 refund. That doesn't even cover the tax. Ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access
We booked a large 2 bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Front desk was amazing, although I was surprised staff wasn't wearing any type of uniform attire.
New management here but GM Alan has kept everything that was wonderful about this Marriott — and that’s undoubtedly why it was sold out our 2 days. People love it, we have year after year. The location is very peaceful and off the beaten path (there’s even an AAA next door if you need travel maps), but within striking distance to all that you might need. The fitness room has machines, free weights and a scale. The indoor pool is adjacent, lots of towels. Breakfast included: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits/gravy, individual milk containers (fat-free and 2%), yogurts, breads/bagels and maybe best of all — complimentary coffee in the lobby at 4 a.m. Every staffer makes you feel right at home and we especially thank Leila on the front desk for helping get us into our room the minute we arrived. We had a 2-Bedroom (Queens)/2-Bath (both with tubs) Suite with double-paned windows to keep out the highway noise — but still able to open them a bit for a breeze if you so desire. Keep up the good work, GM Alan. And travelers? Don’t miss the late afternoon fresh-baked cookies at the desk.
My first solo trip, and I couldn’t have picked a better place! The staff were welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. I stayed in a suite that felt like a little apartment, which I loved. Having a kitchen to make my own meals after a quick trip to the market was such a nice bonus!
This was my second stay this month at the residence inn. At both locations I explained that I was a lite sleeper and requested a room in a quiet location. At both locations I was given a terribly noisy room. The first room was adjacent to a huge AC unit and the second room faced the freeway. I currently have no interest in staying at your hotel ever again.
Pet friendly, nice rooms, and excellent guest service
Night desk clerk stated - “She is not a representative of Marriott but just a clerk.” So not taking any responsibility to correcting an environment medical issue. The remainder of the staff took action and said they would investigate after I contacted corporate and registered a complaint.
I have stayed at this particular hotel several times with no issue. Around the property is some minor maintenance issues and a couple of possible electrocution risks, not unusual for a hotel this old.
Would normally give them 4 out 5 stars but for this visit 2 of 5.
It’s pretty good. A little scuffed, but safe and it’s easy to get around from the location. Staff is responsive.
Breakfast was good. Location was good for us
The keys didn't work more than half the time and often the staff wasn't at the front desk to help. My sister was yelled at by the maintenance man when she complained about the room key situation
Everything great except the breakfast. FYI, if you run out of oatmeal 30 min before the end of breakfast - at least offer instant oatmeal packets. This might sound like whining - but for the gluten intolerant - it's one of the few things we can eat.
Breakfast was great

The location of your handicap rooms!! Why would you put them so far away from an elevator? I use a walker and it was extremely difficult. Thankfully the woman at the desk brought up a wheelchair for the exit in the morning.
The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable.
I liked the out door seating area
They put us in the room that was right next to the mechanical room… very loud!!.. had hard time sleeping . They did move us when we asked the next day.
It's a perfectly fine hotel for an overnight stay. No complaints, but not real compliments either. Rooms are smallish and have all the basics, but nothing more.
No complaints, nothing was great though.
Room was great; breakfast was good; thanks for the nice experience!
