La posizione
Per incominciare la stanza non era quella prenotata ma tralasciando questo... Era un sottoscala con materassi sfondati tenuta in cattivo stato per non parlare del cattivo odore di fogna ma soprattutto la muffa che impregnava stanza e bagno, tende rotte, bagno da autogrill solo solo la cortesia del personale ma null'altro
De ligging.
Faciliteiten, zoals airco (stuk),tv stuk, slechts 1 wandcontactdoos functioneerde , douche afvoer werkte niet. Ook is de kamer erg klein. Personeel deed overkomen dat ze e.e.a. zouden oplossen. Personeel luisterde wel maar deed niks.
Zo'n verblijf willen we nooit meer.
Está ubicado muy céntrico y el personal es muy atento. Es una muy buena opción para ver Roma y estar en el centro.

No colocan ni siquiera un jabon en el baño
La primera noche al llegar, después del viaje en avión había una avería de agua caliente que no nos habían informado y se lavaron las manos diciendo que reclamásemos a booking. Por parte de booking tampoco pudieron solucionar nada. Tuvimos que ducharnos a las 2:30 de la madrugada con agua fría porque no podíamos irnos a dormir sudados.
Por las noches se escuchaba TODO en el resto de habitaciones, en nuestro caso, gritos y peleas de otros huéspedes

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt un B&B.
Pas de possibilité de prendre une collation sur place, cela nous a permis d’aller prendre un petit déjeuner dans un établissement super sympa, nous sommes retournés le lendemain.
