Brilliantly accessible location and many amazing memories were made.
Pros:

Brilliant location to stay in, walking distance from everything in Rome. The staff were friendly and happy to help and the building was secure. The air conditioning worked well and kept you cool throughout the night. Will be recommending to people looking to visit Rome.

Cons:

As it is a few floors up with little signage it was difficult to locate on the first day. No other problems.

Pros:

Il piccolo Hotel gode di un'ottima posizione per visitare comodamente a piedi gran parte delle innumerevoli attrazioni del centro storico. La camera è essenziale, con arredi molto semplici, ma a mio parere davvero non serve di più per godersi un soggiorno che a Roma non può che essere fatto in primis di visite a monumenti, chiese, musei, mostre e soste gastronomiche per le quali si ha solo l'imbarazzo della scelta (anche solo nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura). Gentilissimi i ragazzi della reception, che si alternano nell'arco delle 24h fornendo un servizio continuo e puntuale. Senza che lo chiedessimo ci è stata anche data (gratuitamente) la possibilità di parcheggiare i bagagli in struttura il giorno del check-out fino all'orario della partenza (cosa che ci ha dato modo di goderci un'altra mattinata in giro per la capitale senza il peso e l'ingombro dei nostri zaini).

Cons:

Solo piccole cose: un po' scomodi i sanitari situati su un rialzo del pavimento, e il materasso del letto matrimoniale sembrava il leggera pendenza dal lato testa (ma bastava dormire invertendo la posizione testa-piedi per stare comodi).

Location location location
Pros:

Location was unreal, walked all over Rome from here. The rooms are basic and all you needed - we travelled with two suitcases and there was an elevator to the room. Bathroom was decent size, a bit rough around the edges but was good. Staff were very friendly, there is a door at the bottom of the building you have to be let into so felt secure.

Cons:

Small update to some of the rooms likely needed, mainly in the bathroom but otherwise very happy.
