Great location!
Rooms felt a little dark and like they haven’t seen an update for a number of years.
Staff were ok.
No working aircon. Rooms shabby and dirty.
The staff were friendly and location was good and the bed was clean and comfortable.
Where do I start..... Two lifts, both only fit three people one wasn't working so spent most of our time waiting for lifts.
The room was very very tired, the skirting boards were filthy, the carpet was disgusting and all ruffled like it had been flooded and was stretched and didn't fit, the furniture had chunks taken out of it.
The worst part was though was that this hotel is very obviously being used as a halfway house/temporary accommodation for people. I'm glad I was there with my partner and not a bunch of girls as I would not have felt safe. This was also evident by the fact that the person who was obviously staying long term in the next room woke us up at 6am playing the guitar until I finally knocked the wall to tell him to stop 45 minutes later.
There was carpet, not sitting properly in the room, a shower head was disgusting along with the tap

A bar was available apparently but I was taken down to a basement where nothing I wanted was available im only talking a glass of red wine and a pint of draught lager, eventually found something but was then told to pay cash, why??? They took £10 off my card minutes earlier for parking?!!
There was no spa, gym or pool.
The place was dirty and carpets were ripped, definitely not worth the money charged. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. There were no pillow protectors, bathroom was dirty. Chairs were stained and dirty. The lock didn't work on the bathroom. When 1 of the beds moved we saw that underneath had not been cleaned for some time.
I was there for a funeral and requested an early check in, I had booked and paid for 3 rooms and just wanted 1 to get ready in as we were travelling from Manchester that morning. Even though I agreed to the extortionate fee, no one got back to me to confirm. Stressful stay at an already difficult time. Really not impressed

Alt, luktet hasj i ganger å heis. Helt forferdelig hotel å kommer aldri tilbake , vi måtte dra 2 dager tidligere derfra for folk på nabo rom er luktet hasj å en hund som bjeffet hele tiden

Looks a little aged inside. Bar not open which amazed me.
Good value hôtel a little tired some attention to detail needed
Stains on carpet, chairs and curtain. Mould on shower curtain and rust on shower pole.
