Poorest hotel experience I have encountered in many years
Pros:

The young man looking after breakfast was extremely helpful and on our second morning had lemon slices, for my tea, on the table without us asking. Commendable

Cons:

No restaurant or bar food contrary to information about the hotel when booking.
The bar didn’t even have a slice of lemon for my drink
Tea cups not cleaned when the room was made up. When I brought this to the attention of the staff nothing happened to rectify it
The furnishings and carpets were marked and tired - best described as Rundown

Never stay !!!

Nothing at all

Cons:

Smell smoking weed everywhere, trash from previous guest, ashes and stains on the carpet, dried blood on bedsheet. I asked to be contacted by a duty manager, noone contacted me! This hotel has unacceptable health conditions. I booked a suite room and cant imagine about cheaper room !!!!

Nice stay.
Pros:

Location was good, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good plenty of choice and hot.

Cons:

Rooms looked a bit tired, need decorating and new carpets, always think if you stay in a hotel don’t agree paying for parking on the site.

The staff, very friendly.

Cons:

The room was well worn... furniture, woodwork, carpet. Headboard was stained from other guests. Chairs had a lot of stains on them.
Beds and bathroom were clean tho.

The room was in need of decoration, and the window wasn't double glazed so we could hear the noises in the street below, as we were in the front, but our stay was still nice.
