Poor water pressure in shower, and lift too small abd only 1 working the other has been out of use for several years 😕
La chambre PMR et spacieuse elle est réellement accessible, dommage qu'elle soit au 7e étage en cas d'incendie.
L'hôtel compté soi-disant deux restaurant, mais aucun d’eux n’étaient ouvert lors de notre arrivée pour des raisons différentes à chaque fois, de jour en jour. Et personne ne nous l'a signalé lors de nos échanges avant réservation. Étant paraplégique si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait pas de restaurant je n'aurais jamais réservé. De plus le restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner se situer dans une salle ou la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas on aurait dit un sauna.

Dirty head board light fitting fell off coffee machine not working in morning paid a lot of money very disappointing we reported the light fitting straight away and no one come to make sure everything was safe

The staff were lovely and friendly. Easy to check in and very helpful. Convenient car park, although a bit expensive considering it required a hotel booking. The aircon was also excellent and allowed very low temperature settings. Alongside this the bed was comfortable and clean.
The place has clearly seen better days. It feels like zero investment has been made into the maintenance of the property.
Stained carpets, heavily worn furniture, stains/marks across the bathroom, questionably coloured shower curtain. Hot water was not very reliable for someone who arrived late and left very early, clearly out of sync with their boilers. TV did not work and had no signal, no iron or ironing board in the room. Generally felt like a room worth half the price I paid.

Lifts and single beds on the smaller size, not a real issue though.
Bed linen was good, pillows good. Rooms are spacious -more space than most modern hotels and decent sized drawers etc.
Some staff very helpful. Easy check-in and out.
It needs a spruce up. Carpets are stretched and worn. Dangerously frayed on the stairs. Lifts old and rickety.
Bathroom needs complete refurbishment - are large enough for separate shower and bath.
Difficult location to drive to given rather mad road layout created by the council.
