Parking on site, bit expensive for 2 nights
The bar was closed. Rooms needed a good paint and new flooring. No hot water
Very convenient location for train station, shops, bars and theatre.
Arrived late morning and the receptionist checked us in immediately and allowed us access to the room. Very convenient. We were able to leave our bags after we checked out and collect them later in the day
Room was dated and beds were old fashioned spring type so not comfortable but location was perfect for our short stay

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and waitress at breakfast was superb. Location is good. TV was of a good size and standard.
The receptionist on arrival was sullen. we could hardly hear her. We were on 6th floor, and only one of the two lifts worked, and that one wasn't reliable. On entering the room there was a strong smell of bleach. We returned from a show about 9-15 at night, hoping to have a drink in the bar but it was closed.
Location was great with parking. Staff very accommodating
Unfortunately this hotel is now in need of a serious makeover. Room was grubby and headboard was full of grime.

We arrived later than expected, at nearly midnight, and reception was staffed efficiently.
Room was clean
No hot water and whole hotel shabby including a worn and rucked carpet in my room and on the stairs.
