A night out to the Theatre.
Pros:

We like that it's right in the centre of Swansea so everything is in walking distance. We love the friendliness of the staff and we especially love the fact that we can bring our dog along with us. We've stayed many times, and will continue to do so.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike.

We will not use this hotel again or recommend it. I suggested they refund us for 1 day .

As the restraunt was closed (as was the bar) impossible to say

Cons:

One of two small lifts working which constantly passed our floor. The push button for 3 did not light up correctly
We could only get tepid water in the bathroom.
Staff were informed of these issues
We left a day early.

All good except lifts .
Pros:

Central & good breakfast.

Cons:

Terrible lifts only one working which only holds three people !! As a 76 year old it’s not very good to walk downstairs from the seventh floor twice !!

Cons:

Room was dirty . Bed was uncomfortable, I booked double room but the bed was from to piese of single so very uncomfortable to sleep , when you try to move from one side to another creaks loudly. No phone in the room no hairdryer .

When we arrived at the hotel it was about 1.30pm, I appreciate the check in time was advertised at 3pm, but the staff said if I paid £25 we could have early check in, this is a bit of a rip off, if the room is ready just let your guest have the room
