Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

Very noisy at night, people banging doors drunk at 1am, road outside is like a race track the floor is disgusting in the rooms and the pillows are yellow very poor

Inadequate heating
Heat fan system not working in the room so was given a very small electric freestanding heater which was totally inadequate for the size of the room.
Was not offered a change of room.

People and too slow for big hotel.
Breakfast was atrocious, no food left at 10.15 even though breakfast till 10.30. Then food in drips and drabs. Undercooked eggs. Cheap bacon/sausage

Dragon hotel avoid
Pros:

The only thing that was good about this hotel was where it was situated.

Cons:

The hotel room was appalling. Freezing cold and a tiny heater to heat the bedroom area, bathroom was freezing cold.
The carpets were all stained. The bathroom could of done with a deep clean.
There was blood marks on the sheets.
There was only 1 plug socket that could be used.
£238 for 2 nights when I could of paid less for a travel lodge and got better value

Poorest hotel experience I have encountered in many years
Pros:

The young man looking after breakfast was extremely helpful and on our second morning had lemon slices, for my tea, on the table without us asking. Commendable

Cons:

No restaurant or bar food contrary to information about the hotel when booking.
The bar didn’t even have a slice of lemon for my drink
Tea cups not cleaned when the room was made up. When I brought this to the attention of the staff nothing happened to rectify it
The furnishings and carpets were marked and tired - best described as Rundown
