Sicuramente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle,
La posizione è molto periferica rispetto al centro città.
I locali presentano arredamenti e accessori obsoleti e scarsa manutenzione.
Vicino al letto mancano le prese per ricaricare il telefono.
Il televisore da 50 euro della telesistem è inbullonato al mobile come se gente che paga 300 euro per camera e cena portasse via anche la spazzatura.
I servizi dell'Hotel sono ridotti veramente all'essenziale così come la fornitura in bagno.
Il personale è freddo e non è mai presente un direttore o amministratore che possa dare risposte alle varie esigenze in tempo reale.
Di sicuro non tornerò.

Hotel war sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage ist für Urlaub ungeeignet. Um das Hotel ist viel Müll zu sehen. Personal an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich.

It’s a modern hotel, probably only a few years old.
The receptionist told me that their main clientele are people using the ferry

Cons:

- shower pressure is average
- showering in the bath tub
- the restaurant serves decent food. After a long drive we felt like pizza. Nothing in this industrial are but we found saporita in a residential area on the other side of the railway station. About 20 mins walk
- I advise to leave early for the ferry. They say very close by. But Google maps gave us a city tour. Once arrived in the harbour, signposting was a disaster. We arrived after 45 mins

Gutes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt oder Weiterreise Mt Fähre
Pros:

Super Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhof und ca. eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto zum Hafen. Saubere Zimmer, Parkplatz vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück.
