Great, sweet and relaxing.
Pros:

I loved everything about this room. Very clean and cozy, bed was soft pillows were soft. The staff is awesome they really Rock!

Average stay. Room smelled and had stains on the chair and sofa.

Very disappointed! Feel like we have been ripped off!

Cons:

The TV did not work for three nights after many requests. No offer even to change rooms. Room was not serviced once even after requesting. Coffee station in our room was not refreshed once during our 3 night stay.

Will never stay here again, and would not recommend.
Pros:

Nothing. The staff were rude. We were told that we could have an early check in but then were told that we could not check in until 4 pm. The room was old and outdated. The furniture was ratty. This location needs an upgrade.

Cons:

see above. Also, we left our bags with staff to be locked away so we could go out for the day and when we returned the front desk person had no idea where our bags were.
