I have stayed at this property several times due to its close proximity to the cruise port. I like that it’s located next to Chili’s and has decent parking.
I stayed at this hotel a month prior to this stay and reported that the toaster was broken. Also the front door was broken and stuck open at that time. Well this stay the toaster was still exactly the same as before and was still broken. The front doors were still stuck wide open. And to top it off both elevators were out of service. So we carried our luggage up a hot stairwell to our room on the 2nd floor and when we arrive at our room the door was wide open and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and some horrible perfume. Also the room was still in the process of being cleaned. I went back to the front desk and was given another room on the 3rd floor. So we carried our luggage up another few flights of stairs and arrived at our room. I was so hot from carrying the luggage (we were packed for a 7 day cruise) that I had to take a shower. At about 8:30 pm that night we were sitting in our room when we heard someone open our door and then suddenly close it when they realized it was occupied. We then received a call from the front desk asking if we had extended our stay. We stated that this was our first night. Now realizing that someone else had a key to our room and our room keys now did not work I headed down to the front desk where they had no explanation as to what happened. They fixed our room keys and we went back to our room. I was uneasy after that as I was not sure if someone still had a key to our room. The elevators were still out of order when we checked out the next day so we had to carry our luggage down two floors in the hot stairwell. I am sad to say that this was the last straw and we are looking for another hotel in the area when we book our next cruise. I am very disappointed because up until the last month we enjoyed the hotel and had not had any issues. We used to like the hotel. I’m not sure what has happened but I can’t give it another try. Two bad stays in a row means we are looking for a new hotel in the future.

The room had a strong stale urine smell. The smell was so bad we were not able to sleep and rest. Our clothes smell like urine. The free shuttle to and from the airport, the driver asked for a tip.
Love how spacious and clean the hotel was and the receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming.
The beds were so comfortable my 2 year old didn't want to get out lol, I love this place.

It's so close to the airport. I enjoyed the king suite, The bathroom was very small, but overall, it worked for us.
The cleaning personnel needs to pay attention to every detail. I had to wipe and clean bedroom table's, and doors. I never sat on the king sofa bed because it was so dirty on both arms. The staff needs a lesson in customer service. They don't greet you properly, and they don't know how to interact when you checkout. This was my second visit to this property.The furniture in #204 needs to be revamped.

Everything. Everything was marvelous it was clean. The hospitality was wonderful. The food is always great. I love the fireplace when you walk in they greet you. Everything is wonderful. The rooms are so clean. The Internet is great. It doesn’t go in and out like at the other place, I stayed I will continue to stay at this place. I give this place 20 stars if I could.😊
