I can not express enough to NEVER STAY HERE. Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. Prostitutes and drug addicts everywhere in hotel, extremely extremely unsafe. Got there an hour after my check in time, still unable to get room as previous people were still in it. Once got into my room found BLOOD on walls, heroin needles in sink, trash everywhere, light fixtures ripped off walls, broken lights all are putrid.. was told i was lucky to get my room cleaned. Staff was the most absolutely unprofessional rude people. Ultimately denied a refund from the absolute nightmare of an experience, Travelocity tried to call them to remand a refund and the managers continued to hang up on the representatives. This place should legitimately be shut down. Overlap disgusting, unsafe, and certainly the most filthy place I’ve ever encountered on a vacation. The establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

The staff is rude, their hotel rooms are not clean, looks very nice on the outside. They don’t tell you all charges in advance and the. While your staying there attempt to keep charging your card for unknown charges… I woke up and I had mice droppings in my bed. They wanted to give a new mattress not acknowledge the droppings, then they moved us in a next room where the sink was falling apart. Then the tub when you take a shower fills up with water doesn’t drain. We left before our reservation was up, I do not recommend this hotel.

Need my money back for this reservation because the property was closed because of the gas leak

We paid $200 a night and it’s disgusting and very dirty, towels are dirty. Hallways and rooms smells bad. Rating 0

The 1st room I got smelled like week and cigarettes smell . The next room. I next room I got had no hanging space no iron board and no hair drier. I asked to get a hairdryer and they said they didn’t have any extra when I’m getting ready for work was not a good morning. I specially booked this for a hairdryer but they couldn’t provide one because supposedly all rooms where booked . I didn’t believe them

Hotel corridors have a rancid smell. The elevator floor and the first floor had a sticky substance.

There are rats in the hotel and all the frond desk attendant said was take a picture of it. We requested a different room multiple times during our stay and all they gave us was attitude

Stay and location was great

I called ahead to inform that I would check out late and that I would need a parking spot that I would be happy to pay for. The day of my arrival they called me to and I confirmed. When I arrived, they had no parking spots for me.

It was the was hotel I ever stay at,stinks , charge me for parking and don't have parking.staff was very rude and unprofessional..I will never stay there again and recommend to anyone

The property is dirty and smells bad but The price is affordable.

The building was nice, but still being worked on. We were missing a shower curtain that only housekeeping could get to, so we couldn’t get one after they went home. Showering was a bit of a challenge. The safety lock was missing and parking was very difficult and oversold to where ppl were blocked in.

The first room I was in had peeling paint on the ceiling of the bathroom. The vent was dirty. The second room was better, however the shower stall had debris in the corner. The configuration of the window/ curtains was odd. There was a 2sq ft spot that was uncovered. There was limited hotel parking.($20/night) I secured a spot on a side street. This hotel served its purpose for me but could do better.

This place is nasty the carpet needs shampooing the wall needs to be wiped there are stains on the sofa. I will never ever ever stay here again never

It’s a fairly new hotel so it’s clean and convenient

The staff was great, but the room was not clean and it had a mold smell in the bathroom. I had booked a 2 queen bed room but got a 2 double bed, apparently thats there 2 queen bed which can not be true. The room also did not have a iron wirh iron board. There were not ice in the ice machine.
