Avoid
Pros:

Avoid! You will be asked for a 100 euro deposit on arrival. In our case this was not stated in any of our booking information. When I called the hotel to request this back after it has not been refunded they hung up on me. I would like to point out that we did not use the mini bar and did not give them any reason to withhold this.

Fabulous location and wonderful front of house staff made the holiday almost perfect .
Pros:

Location and staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The air conditioning panel in the room was non responsive . I had to phone reception several times a day to adjust the temperatures / fan strength…..once at 4am as it was sooo hot . The staff were happy to control our room temperature via the central system which obviously did the business . On one occasion the engineer came to check and agreed it was non responsive! I now wonder why no one suggested/ offered to get our room control panic permanently fixed??

Great spacious room with lovely view over city, friendly helpful staff and the most fantastic rooftop pool and bar!!

Cons:

The breakfast coffee was truly awful, it spoiled a lovely breakfast!

If i come back to Barcelona, I will stay here again. It was lovely. The stuff was kind.
Pros:

The Rooftop pool, was stunning. The bedroom was clean. The bed was big and comfy.

Cons:

Not a lot of variety for breakfast.

Las instalaciones, todo un lujo. Decoraciónes totalmente acorde con todo El contorno. La habitación excelente, un lujo a precio contenido.

Cons:

El trato con el personal de recepción fue nefasto. Exponiendo a la Srta. de recepción mi experiencia en la estancia y seguridad en las instalaciones. Comenté la falta de un dispositivo móvil de mi propiedad que me fue robado de la habitacion, durante mi descanso. Alguien entro cuando dormia y me robo el móvil. Al explicarlo en recepción mi sorpresa fue que, no se tomaron ni la mas mínima molestia de preocuparse por la recuperación o indagación de quien pudo entrar. No se miraron ni las cámaras de seguridad ni nada de nada. Cuando la responsabilidad TOTAL recae en el hotel. El sistema de seguridad HA FALLADO, pero yo me he quedado sin móvil en vuestras instalaciones. Y sabéis que me contestó el encargado (no voy a opinar sobre el) que delante tenía una comidaria de Policía para denunciar los hechos.
Después de haberme gastado casi 500€ por 2 días ¿creéis que es una respuesta que está a la altura de un 4****. Yo creo que no. No creo que repita NUNCA MAS en mis viajes, en este hotel.
